I’ve been with Seniors plus for many years, Apparently there has been some kind of big changes regarding staff. I had wonderful, supportive & professional Care Coordinators up until 2022. Then I got switched to a C Bulley and it went strait downhill like a horse on fire! While I realize they are overloaded as with many state jobs. But that does not excuse, no help, rudeness and incompetence. It appears they have little, if any oversight. Very sad, because I found great workers up until 2 years ago.

We have had a wonderful experience with Seniors Plus. We have one worker who is a PSP for my husband 40 hours a week. We also have a respite worker who works 7 hours a week. Both are amazing with my husband who has Parkinson's disease. They are both fantastic cooks! We are able to keep him home which means so much to all of us. Our co-pay is very, very reasonable. We started by calling Maximus then requested Seniors Plus since our friend recommended it.

Tonya Kitchen is the WORST CARE COORDINATOR. Any time I've ever had a conversation with her she is very disrespectful.. Very rude. I don't know why you guys let someone like her work for you when she makes your company look awful. ANY and all interactions have been horrendous with her. Maybe you guy's should consider who's working for you and know how they're representing your company.

If it wasn't for EIM and Kim Caldwell, I would be in a nursing home. I am a very independent woman and that would be extremely difficult for me. It was also mean that I would lose my home as it would have to be sold. The agency and my case manager have been very helpful and kind. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Brenda.

I wish I could give them less than one star but it won't allow me to. I am trying to get my sick and elderly parents some help and the people I have talked to are the most rude and ignorant people ever. They want my 70yr old father to drive to Lewiston to take a class on how to fill out time sheets. I asked if i was able to do it for them and was pretty much told to shut up cause she wasn't speaking to me. Very rude and ignorant people to try and seek help from.

Workers don't seem to care about consumers of services! I have been waiting over a year and still no home health worker. Case workers need to be more diligent about finding workers for consumers of their services.
