Greg was a Godsend! He took care of a problem I had been trying to take care of for my mother for 3 months in just a couple days!!! Do not hesitate to call him if you run into a problem especially if trying to deal with Medi-Cal or Social Services because no one seems to know what they are doing there.

Well It was Gregg Steen I met first and a very professional gentleman he is.
He assured me it could take up to 2 months for Medical approval.
Well the process started and I began gathering info for his outstanding assistant Sophia.(Most professional business woman I have met).
And by the way my job includes flying professional people all over the United States.
Not to take anything away from Gregg but most of my dealings were with Sophia.
There were frustrations with computer and iPhone problems on my side but Sophia helped me through it.
So info was gathered and a record was set by Sophia with approval in one day for Medical.
I can’t say enough about these fine people in my trying time with my wife.
