In the light of the recent California wild fires
in LA and the Bay Area, please TAME your property wildlife and fallen hazards. Your dead trees that have fallen and breached neighbor’s property lines have posed a fire hazard and safety to our community. Your continued negligence on property maintenance is unprofessional and inhumane. This is a fire hazard. This is a health issue. This facility has purposefully neglected attempts at communication to remedy this hazardous situation. I’m begging you to prevent future fires by cleaning up your debris and to prevent the spread of mold and fungus by these dead trees contaminating healthy wildlife.

Our family’s experience with Wraparound services has been incredibly positives thanks to the exceptional support from the Seneca team. Their dedication, expertise, and compassion have made a profound difference in our journey. PJ, our care coordinator, went above and beyond to ensure our family had the tools we needed, particularly by creating a highly detailed and effective safety plan for all three of our children. This plan has been invaluable in providing structure and support for our kids, who face many challenges.

Additionally, Seneca’s hotline was incredibly useful and helpful, giving us immediate guidance and reassurance whenever we needed it. We are deeply grateful for the wraparound team’s commitment to helping families like ours thrive.

Since starting wraparound, our kids have made meaningful progress in navigating challenges with greater support and structure in place. The collaborative approach, especially PJ’s thorough planning and coordination, has helped us implement strategies that truly work for them. The wraparound program has been life-changing for our family.

This organization is terrible !! They completely unresponsive when it comes to public safety. I am a neighbor and I have been asking them for years to do something about the dead foliage and dead trees on the property that boarder mine. It is a fire hazard to the entire neighborhood!! This is completely negligent on their part. All it would take is one spark. Shame on you for showing zero regard for your neighbors.
