The people were very respectful but it took 25 minutes to get thru to the office. By then I had driven all the way from Benton Harbor to Paw Paw. Now I have to go back tomorrow

OMG THAT WAS ONE OF THE BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES I’VE EVER HAD. This location was much further for me but I chose it because it had the highest ratings. The entire team was great but I have to specifically mention Tim, the person who helped me and several others while I was there. He was calm, warm, positive, and patient. Most importantly, Tim was genuine. Many of the people who walk through the door have some level of anxiety. Tim could sense this within a person and he helped to alleviate it in every way he could. He genuinely cares about every person he helps. If I owned a 5-star hotel, I would hire Tim to be the first person the guests would meet when they arrived.

That yellow wall is just short enough to not see it. Renew your license and mess up your bumper. They really should mark it since there are chunks out of the bastard even on google street view.

Tim was the most personable person I’ve met at an SOS (or DMV in IN). He has a great attitude and I’m willing to travel half an hour from my house to go to this SOS for next time. Keep being you Tim we all appreciate you!

I had the best experience today. Their employee Marcos was so pleasant, and actually fun to work with. He's very personable. Made me feel like I mattered and not like I was just a number. We actually laughed and had some pleasant conversation while he was attending to my renewal. I never thought I would actually enjoy a trip to the Secretary of State, but he made that happen.

Marcos was awesome! We had an appt and were called right on time. We had a pretty difficult transaction and he was patient and very accommodating.

We live in Stevensville but drive to this location because it is less busy than Benton Harbor and everyone has always been helpful.

We will be back anytime we need services that require the SOS office.

Excellent service and professional staff. Irene was instrumental in helping me title a used car for my daughter. Irene was intelligent, professional, and knew exactly what needed to be done to facilitate the title transfer. She answered all of my questions appropriately and was very efficient. She is a credit to this office and deserves recognition. I should add that I drove 40 miles one-way to this location. The nature of my transaction required two visits. I have a total of 160 miles driving to this location for the title transfer, (the original owner's wife did not sign the title and I had to get her to sign it also) and it was worth every mile for the smoothness of the transaction and no frustration!
