I came in looking for a jacket and left with emotional damage after encountering the employees that work at this place🤣 The prices were high for a place that gets everything donated, but the staff’s attitude was so much higher. $15 for a used T shirt from a 2004 company picnic? Bold. I asked to see a purse behind the counter and the employee sighed so hard I think she time traveled. She stared at me like I just walked into her living room

Great place if you enjoy overpriced secondhand clothes along with the thrilling experience of being despised by strangers. Will shop here again when I develop thicker skin

My jaw dropped open when I stepped inside. This place is massive. The brands are off the hook. I found a gorgeous sweater for $21.00 from Macy's still had the tags on it, Score. Two more sweaters for 9.99 each, both were Liz sweaters. Staff was amazing here. I highly recommend you allow at least an hr to browse the clothing isles.

This place has 8 self service lanes, but they always have most of them shut down. I don’t know why they do this, but they definitely do it on purpose because I have seen them turn on more registers when the lines get a little bit too long. Right now, they have 5 registers turned off, and only three on. Two are credit only, one is cash only. Also, their pricing on things like movies and records have got out of whack, but the registers is the main issue right now.

The prices are absolutely absurd. I go to every savers from here to Connecticut frequently (at a minimum once a week.) I’m convinced these reviews are made by workers. If you feel like paying almost $8 for a worthless cup or glass this is your place. Dirty ottoman? Sure! $44.49. Drive a few minutes away, pay less at Marshall’s or TJMaxx. Seriously. What a joke.

UPDATE
Can’t make this stuff up. Went back again to give it another shot since I was in the area. Everything went good and I was about to pay. I’m first in line and about 7-8 people are behind me. A worker came up to me and told me to get in the back of the line. For what you might ask? Because I was standing too close to the register 😂 what? I said no thanks we were here first and she snapped at me and my husband with a nasty attitude, told us to go to the register and she left! All of us customers looked at each other like.. uh what’s her problem? Needless to say I regret my second attempt at giving this store a chance.

SAVERS CORPORATE YOU HAVE A PROBLEM! My recent visit to Savers in Hanover was deeply troubling due to the overtly racist behavior of a middle eastern manager. Such conduct is unacceptable and demands immediate attention from corporate leadership. I am providing this opportunity for Savers to rectify the situation before considering a full-on protest. Please take swift action

place is a joke selling empty popcorn tins for the same price as a brand new full of popcorn one and also the staff/workers shouldn’t be allowed 1st dibs on items and also shouldn’t be allowed to research any items all prices should be reasonable because at the end of the day it was given for FREE..!!!!!! so it’s all profit but the main thing is employees being able to take what they like/want and not giving paying customers the chance to buy it all in all the place is a greedy over priced store with all used items

Awful. Absolutely AWFUL. You should be ASHAMED at getting free clothes and marking them to absurd prices and masking yourselves to be aiding and giving back to the community. Stay far away. The CEO of Savers lives in the same community as Bill Gates. CRIMINAL.

Love this store and love how they have easy to use self-checkout. However, announcements 20 minutes before the store actually closes to bring your stuff up "now" isn't necessary, nor is complaining about customers still being in the store while I'm in earshot 15 minutes prior to close at said self-checkout. You aren't even ringing me up, I think you can wait another 20 or so minutes for the proper closing time. Thanks.
