it's been a struggle to get anything done with these people they are trained to turn people away first and provide a service to the public second, getting a call through to them takes several days, having a case worker available takes a week even logging into the online site is hit or miss and might take multiple attempts or new password requests

Public servants More like gossipers and finger pointers... Very disappointed. I drove my son to his appointment there and while i waited for him in my car... I overheard two workers talking about a client one of them had just seen, in a negative way. I will not be repeating what i heard. They were in the patio between the two buildings.. Again... Very disappointed.

Exceptional service the 2 times I went in. The Social Worker was knowledgeable, patient and efficient. Answered all my questions and helpful in other areas. Usually I am based in another City though I needed to do some specific paperwork here.

I'm sure the employees are all lovely human beings. It's the ridiculous paperwork that is so irritating. Please stop requesting birth certificate "proof"! After being a client for 20+ years off and on, surely this information has been verified many times.
What To Look For: Hours that the Lobby is open has become a nightmare. Check posted hours at lobby entrances.
