This is where I work. We are harm reduction gurus. We are open to all from Sunday toTuesday 12:30 - 5:00. We have an art class at 5:00 Thursday afternoon. All are welcome

As with most Tenderloin locations you'll always want to be on your guard and aware of your surroundings (i.e. put your phone in your pocket/purse) as you approach this establishment. The atmosphere was casual and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I would visit again myself as well as recommend this place to someone else. The only reason for 4/5 stars instead of 5 is that they had limited inventory compared to other similar businesses in the area.

DudeTHEY NEVER EFFING OPEN WHEN THEY SAY THEY DO!! I'm standing outside RN it's 1:50 pm on a Tuesday... I've been here 5 mins and I seen 2 separate people try to go in..! Unbelievable when you post hours on Google you HAVE TO STICK WITH THEM! RAIN , SLEET , HAIL, SNOW MOFO

This place is awesome, and does alot in the area/community they're trying to help. I personally know 2 nurses that volunteer there and I live 3 blocks away,and am an addict so I have experience with SF's clinics.

They're almost never open anymore, right now theres a Thanksgiving week schedule on the door. Open at noon all week,12:30 they were closed and I just called and got no answer, and The Union is the only place to get glasswares anymore, someone said the mobile clinics too, but I don't know. Either the city needs to give all exchanges the same supplies and limits, or have glassware a certain day of the week per location. They started giving out bubbles everywhere and it got taken advantage off and became a bigger cost than anticipated for something that isn't really going to make a difference in HIV/AIDS, or hep. But anyways, harm reduction all the way.

They are great what more can I say but they save lives by having narcan for an opioid overdose, clean works (needles,water, cotton ect.) so the spread of blood born diseases that have devistated our community will hopefully become a thing of the past.

Hey I was just wondering if it really is so; say If I have a friend whom might be having a hard time getting administered on his own, I've heard from various people you guys might offer ...nurses maybe... ..on site.. that could idk help this b*tch out with her problem. Cuz she needs help. Like 3 hours ago && she won't let me... Ugh 😩 haaha
