This review is long overdue, but it is the very least I can do to recognize and support the SFV Dental Society.

I can't say enough how grateful I am for their support. They email out resources and helpful information pretty regularly, provide quarterly newsletters, provide outstanding CE courses, as well as social events. I received most of my Covid-19 updates via the email list-serve, and would be lost without them.

As for the staff, I've always had incredible service. Wendy is always super professional and a pleasure to work with. There are so many dentists in the valley, and she knows the members not only by name, but sometimes by voice, which I always find impressive and thoughtful.

Dr. Anette Masters is super engaging, and she has personally called me in regards to questions I've had.

Thank you for your great service, it is truly appreciated. 👍👍

Terrible experience ....
Do Not Participate for CE classes...
I paid and spent more than 2 hours online for getting CE creditd and they denied the CE Credits because I was disconnected ( Wifi was not connecting for some reason) for 8 minutes more than what I was supposed to be.
They have to pay for the CE so that's why they are being rediculously strict.
I will not participate on any of their courses and let all my friends know to not waste their valuable time and money on them!!
They didn't even respect to give me partial CE credit for my time and money....

Horrible facility. I explained I was very sick and needed assistance. Bella, of this organization said they could help me . Wendy, her supervisor , acknowledged I met the criteria . I mailed in my documents not once but twice . After mailing my application , Wendy said that the documents changed that I needed to mail them in again yet the copy that I filled out again was an exact duplicate of the one I was told to disregard ..LOL .somebody who's in a managerial position that doesn't realize that it's the same exact form should not be in charge of a program. She said that there were 4 people ahead of me whose needs are more imminent than mine .again LOL .then I waited months and was FINALLY told that she had a non-profit dental office that could help me . All I asked her was if this facility she had in mind could give me evening hours which is not an unreasonable request considering I'm under a medical doctors care for a situation that was very relevant to my request .I called back weeks later and was told by Wendy that she might have another dentist in mind...She said to call her back by the end of the week to confirm and yet when I called again to find out if the situation was a 'go' she went on vacation and had Bella tell me that they could no longer help me.... I called Wendy again when she got back from vacation ..This time Wendy was very dismissive and her Supervisor , who I then asked to speak to, was very nasty. Perhaps this organization helps SOME people but how can you run a business wen you will help some with open arms while discriminate against others? Sorry for your bad energy and attitude, San Fernando Dental Society. I reported this situation to BBB. If I did not meet the criteria of this program, I should have been told that initially, not have been led on for months..

The San Fernando Dental Society has been an amazing resource in my persuite to begin my professional career. The staff is very friendly and always steers me in the right direction for issues I would not know where to begin to inquire about. Additionally, I have found the contunueing educational courses to be very informative and current.
