Our time at the hospital was quick. We have gone for our toddler who had shoved a bead up her nose. From the time we walked in to the time we walked out we felt cared for and compassion by all staff front office and in the back rooms. The Doctor was quick but also compassionate and very considerate of our daughter and of us as parents. He explained everything he was gonna do showed us and have his staff of nurses be gentle but efficient . Overall if it was a wonderful experience for something that could have been very traumatizing for our little one.

The nurses were great, the doctor himself was terrible. I took my 10m old in for throwing up and turning pale, his body also went limp which I also mentioned to him. He only caught on to the vomiting part, never even came in to check him, himself. I waited there for an hour just for him to tell me I can leave after only giving him something to stop the vomiting. Any urgent care I’ve ever taken my kids to do a better thorough check.
I don’t recommend taking your babies here at all.

The health care people that attend to me and all my needs comfort me and my husband was very nice and warming like they were are own family. Thank you for your help and hospitality with my stay . I will always use that hospital for anything else. My heart and prayers go out to staff and the ones there life was impacted by the fire that just had happened.
Sincerely Jennifer Haras and family.

Was seen in the Er for pain in my right hip area for days. They took ct scan and said they saw nothing and sent me on my way with pain meds. Once I got home I read the Notes in my chart. The Physical exam portion, the Dr said they listened to my hear and lungs and felt my abdomen. the Dr did absolutly none of that. It is 100% a lie. He touched me only one time and that is when he first walked in to my room and did a fist pump greeting. I will say, everyone was very nice!

We were there for 3 hours. Your waiting room is way too small and very dirty. I got sick just because of the close quarters of being near sick people. There was no communication and there were very sickly/homeless people waiting in the area. The bathroom was dirty and didn’t lock. My daughter was changing her shirt after the chest xray and a homeless man walked in on her; she’s a minor. This is unacceptable because you’re not keeping people safe while they are in your care. The wait is understandable because you were busy, but we just needed a prescription for the flu and by the time we got out of there the pharmacy closed which meant that we waited 3 hours for a diagnosis that we could not even get treatment for. Overall, a terrible experience.

I brought my son to the ER today and waited to be seen which is normal, the nurses that took my son’s chest Xray were actually very polite and helpful to make my son feel safe. The complaint I had was when we actually got seen we got taken to the back, not even an exam room, the Dr. took my son in the hall way where other patients were waiting and did the exam in the hallway which took less than 3 minutes to then say he was fine. Lastly we had to wait another 30 minutes for discharge papers.Very unprofessional and I feel our health care providers need to do better, especially dealing with people that are coming in for care.

My Mother Gloria was a patient in room 105A for a few days and I'd like to thank the staff that cared for her especially LVN Michelle Chellie Lyn for being attentive to any request we had. She always had a smile on her face and made my mother and my siblings feel welcomed. Also the from desk staff were very friendly and nice to see when we checked in. We didn't want to our mother to get relocated because we knew she was getting the best care.
Once again thank you all, for the great job you do.
