This office is horrible just like most of the case workers they don't care! They are supposed to be here to help but they are cold mess up a your paperwork and blame you then you can't get benefits because of THEIR MISTAKES!!!!! PEOPLE SHOULD FILE COMPLAINTS

If I could give it 0 Stars I would. This is not my first review of this place. The staff does not care what you have to go through to get there they don't care if they make you come back over and over again. They go against policies and tell you there's nothing they can do when we no they can. They need to get it together. Usually that starts with the supervisor. I'm sure other people feel the same way about this place they always make things too difficult instead of helping what are they there for. Just to receive a check not to assist people when they're down and out. It worked out anyways I went to the Colton office they handled it in no time thank God for them.

Aside from the occasional diamond in the rough, most of the front desk people treat their job like it's them against you and getting help is harder than pulling teeth.

People here do not take their jobs serious. They are rude, they just stand around talking to one another also they don’t care if you sit there for hours without getting help. They just sit on the computers looking at the screens. I do not recommend coming here if you are trying to get assistance. Try another spot before this one. Poor service, very poor service!! Needs to be looked into.

What a clean, well run , government office. Everyone was polite and helpful. I had to return 3 times to complete something for a family member and each time I was treated respectfully and the staff was prompt and helpful! This was my best experience (s) ever. All offices should use this one as their "wanna be just like you" example!

The two of us has had to go back there 8 times to finally get our medical cards which were supposedly issued to both of last year. Even after speaking to a tall back man who called himself a stupidvisor in December. Ya good job County of San Bernardino.
