Access with parking bays. One disabled bay but space opposite side for another disability car, if needed. A ramp to the door, suitable for prams and wheelchairs.
Well set out inside the shop, room to maneuver for wheeled transport and people with walking aids.
The staff are very kind and helpful and assist in loading the car, which is highly appreciated.
Well worth a browse.

They have good selection of furniture and household items. Stock is replaced often.Delivery charge is very reasonable. Staff always polite and very friendly.

Got all sorts in here from electronics to furniture to clothes. Everything is priced well so it's always worth stopping in and it's a large shop too with a good quantity of products

Called today after clearing some clothes and accessories from my parents home after my father passed away. Eve was extremely kind and helpful and took all of my donations despite first of all saying they were closed for new donations for a while to clear a backlog. As I had traveled from Burnley to Carlisle to clear my parents home she kindly took all my donations.

The parking company are an absolute joke. Donating here has cost me a parking charge. I arrived at 9:49am, they didn't open until 10am, I left, went elsewhere then called back in on the way home in passing, this was within the 30 minute no return period. I told the parking company I would much rather donate the money to the charity than pay them, but their jobsworth attitude with lack of morals demanded I pay them their fee. Utter scum.

To note, nothing wrong with the staff or the shop, just the landlord who has employed these theiving scumbags (National Parking Management).

Greeted with do you pay Tax ?not a smile or Hello then have you got books we don't take books !!!.We brought in 3 bags of good quality clothing etc.and were told quite abruptly put them down there still waiting for a please or thankyou.I have always supported The Salvation Army especially for their Christmas Homeless Appeal and realise the really good charitable work that they do for the Homeless.However I will not be taking anything back to this Donation Centre I would rather take it to Wigton Road where they are always grateful.A bit of Customer Service Training and simple manners is needed at Bryon
House.
