The staff & volunteers here are all wonderful! The only problem is, there are those of us who are homeless because of the camp fire from Paradise & Magalia. Then there are those who where already homeless (excuse me for being honest about this problem it is effecing all of us). Then there are those whom have been homeless for many years, thats their choice & right. But when it starts effecting others, especially after a tragidy of losing our town we were living in, they have no compassion & no respect for others. They are ruining things for those in need who lost everything. God Bless All! Thank u all for your Compassionate Caring Hearts!

They provide a great safety net for single people and families whose food budget is rather tight.

I've been calling non stop for months and been promised a call back with no avail. My family lost everything to a house fire and unlike the campfire victims we dont get any donations from churches or charities or money from FEMA etc salvation army was supposed to be our salvation and all we got was zero compassion.
