New name and ownership now called Rosecrest. This place has a professional cook added to their staff now. It is clean very clean here. Staff are attentive to the needs of the residents 24/7. Management is taking a whole new direction to resident care here. Best assisted living in the Imperial Valley. Space is limited however there is talk of expansion soon.

One of the WORST home living I have ever come across after witnessing how they handle their residents. Very UNHYGIENIC, DIRTY, kitchen INFESTED with ROACHES, I have seen some elderly with pants wet due to not being changed. Very embarrassing considering it is runned by Dr. Alidad Zadeh.
