The people are very nice and welcoming which was very good. The student mass at 8:30pm is full of college students and the pastor is very conversational and modern with the church and captures attention with stories and being relatable. However, I prefer homilies more rooted in the readings and the word of God as opposed to stories of people because I find more learning and growth from truth. Could just be my preference, but still a good small church.

I honestly did not think I was in a Catholic Church. There was no beauty other than knowing Jesus was present! When the priest entered before starting mass and asked us to get a prayer partner, I had to get up and leave with my husband and children! We went to Our Lady of Guadalupe Shrine for mass later in the day and that was fulfilling and Catholic!
