We were here for the month of February. (Posted late due to child still recovering) we had the most AMAZING experience ever. I cannot express how amazing the staff was. It was very clean and due to the circumstances they made you feel welcomed. My husband and I left our jobs to get my son the care he needed and to know we had a bed to sleep and food to eat was truly a blessing. Our room was very spacious (sorry for the mess this was during check out) the kitchen was well organized and there was everything you needed to cook your favorite meal. If you didn’t feel like cooking or don’t know how do not worry there is stuff made by amazing people that volunteer. I can go on and on because we were there for a month. However, I just wanted to put the review I wish I saw when I was searching. May all the families have the strength to help our little ones heal fast and blessing to you all. ❤️

Ronald McDonald Houses serve such a great service but this location picks and chooses who they treat well. I would have to guess my poor treatment at this location is racist because I don't really know what else it could be. If you are not a middle class white American, I would give this place a pass. Crystal Inn was a much better choice with very helpful and polite staff but I have cancer so my son and daughter in law thought a place closer to the Burn Center would be better to visit them and their 2 children being treated there as well. We lost Onix, a 2 year old and can't take any added stress of a place that doesn't want me here
I had never been treat so badly in my whole life as usually places treat those suffering with kindness and respect. I'm sure this place is suited for some but make wise choices before coming here.

The management seems genuinely kind and a few of the staff but a lot of the staff were poorly chosen or not adequately trained in compassion and empathy. I updated as a few of the staff have been very understanding and helpful as I am very unhappy here.

Our family was blessed to be able to live in the RMH during the summer of 2022 while we had a child receiving treatment in SLC. The staff and other RMH families became our family and friends for those 70+ days. We will never be able to thank the thousands of generous families that donate to keep this wonderful charity running enough. Your donation of items, meals and funds matter! Our lives were changed because the love we felt during such a hard time.

Our rooms (we stayed in 5 now) have been warm and inviting. Always clean. Staff does everything in their power to make you feel welcome!

My adopted daughter had to stay at the Ronald McDonald House in Salt Lake City. It took a lot of worry and stress off of her premi daughter had to stay at the university. And I am thankful that the Ronald McDonald House was available for her to be able to utilize. I told one of the ladies that was in there, that if I was a billionaire, I would support the Ronald. McDonald house at the drop of a hat. Keep up the good work. And thank you for caring about parents

I drove my friend & her 8 year old son from Nevada to Salt Lake City for his operation at Primary Children's hospital. But the hospital room was too small for all of us and I needed a place to stay. Ronald McDonald House took me in on short notice and gave me a lovely room. I thought we'd be leaving the next day, but our patient wasn't fully recovered. RMH contacted ME that afternoon and let me stay an extra night. So proactive!

The next morning, I discovered the car battery was dead. It was so cold! One of the RMH maintenance men, Alejandro, helped me. He tried their portable jump starter, but that didn't work. He pulled his car around to connect to mine, but the cables wouldn't reach. He even had the front desk contact another guest whose car was next to mine, blocking the jump start, so they could move their car. Alejandro did all this in the freezing cold - while I waited inside the warm lobby! Alejandro is my hero!

All the staff at Ronald McDonald House were knowledgeable, kind and helpful. What a great organization. What great people! Thank you so much.

I am so impressed with McDonald's and Ronald McDonald charities for supporting families in their time of need. We recently had a child at primary children's hospital and it was so nice to have a comfortable place to go and sit for a little while. Bravo! McDonald's it is very nice to see a company support family's in such a difficult time. Hospital rooms are small and sometimes you want to go somewhere comfortable but you don't want to go far from your family member and they are providing that service.

This is absolutely the greatest place I have ever been. Wow I will raise money for them in the future, as I would want any family hurting, or struggling to have such a great place to go when their child is sick. I'm just thrilled with their love, generosity, and kindness to me and my family. Nothing could or would be better than this place. Love it, love it, love it, everyone should know how great Ronald McDonald house charities are.
