The staff here was so accommodating and nice , they really want you to be comfortable and takes the stress out of having to worry about a place to stay , we had a Premi Baby in the NIC-U and we live and hour and half away from the hospital and really didn’t know what we were going to do until they offered us a place to stay , not only do they give you a room but also offer meals for dinner and other amenities. We are very thankful for this place and what they offered us.

If someone needs a place to stay when visiting Kalamazoo Bronson Hospital and can't afford a motel, this is the place. Very helpful friendly staff. Exceptionally clean, quiet, and restful. All you need for a short stay or a long stay. They do appreciate a donation of any amount. I highly recommend this place.

They unnecessarily move you around and don’t give you rooms that fit the needs of your family. If you have alternating weeks due to child custody agreements, they refuse to let the child stay with you because they won’t provide you with a room that allows 3 people. Instead they tell you that you have to pay for a hotel room.

I stayed here for a little over two Months when my son was born. (He was 3 months premature) If it wasn't for them I wouldn't have been able to see him every day. The staff there is absolutely wonderful and the house itself is beautiful.

A wonderful heaven sent place for my family with an injured child in a nearby facility. Friendly, loving and caring staff. Dollie Grant made us feel so loved, she's absolutely the best! So blessed to have had this place for my family to help us out in a time of need!

Our group from work went here one evening to cook dinner for the 17 families who were staying. It's a wonderful facility with caring workers and a tremendous mission. The kitchen contains 4 refrigerators, 4 stoves, 4 microwaves and 4 dishwashers so that all of the families can have access to cooking their own meals, if they wish. Each night, a different community group is scheduled to come onsite to cook dinner for the families. The administration encourages those who cook to stick around and eat with a few of the families so that you can interact with them.
