I have lived in these condos for over three years and have enjoyed every minute of it. I own a dog and find it minimally inconveniencing considering I live on the 3rd floor. The neighbors are friendly and easy to live with. Highly recommend to those who want the convenience of downtown living with underground heated parking, gym, community room and patio with grills right on the river.

My husband and I made the decision to downsize and moved into Riverside Place 3 years ago! Best decision we made! The condo owners are friendly and our buildings are maintained well! Living downtown is a pleasure! So much to enjoy with lots of opportunity to stay active!

This place is basically an old folks home. The inside décor of this building is tacky and VERY outdated compared to literally every other residential building downtown... I would say at least 80% of the people who live there are over 60. All they do is complain about the noise downtown, people on the trail, and other residents who have dogs. (Dogs are allowed there by the way). What did they expect, they moved to a downtown bar/entertainment area in a city that has one of the most popular NFL teams. People/tourist are going to be loud, they're excited. Don't waste your money on these condos.

The management & HOA Board here are totally corrupt. Their incompetence is obvious when you see the destruction that they and their corrupt contractors have done to our buildings. Realtors listing these units are fully aware of the corruption here. Be ware.
You do not want to invest or live here. Stay Away !!! Poison HOA Board & management hiring corrupt contractors, sold by corrupt complicit real estate agents. Do Not Support the Corruption that is destroying my investment here.

The land lady was extremely unorganized and straight rude. She tried to go behind my back twice to my roommate to tell her I am not paying rent instead of contacting me directly. When I tried to contact her or meet with her regarding this she was never available. Fortunately I always kept screen shots of my payments and could prove I paid - when I sent her this she just said ‘oh I must have missed it’.. She had taken over after an angel of a land lady worked there prior. During the height of the pandemic she sent out a notice that rent would be increasing.. there were other things like our maintenance requests were never taken if I filed them, but if my roommate did they were. There were a couple instances where my partner (poc) would come visit when he was home from serving in the military and he even said that he was constantly made uncomfortable by her rudeness. She also made me take sown my blm sign but allowed various trump signs to be hung 🤔 also there was no mention of hanging signs in the lease! I told her this and she just said no it’s there.. even with the picture I sent her of my signed lease the weirdest part was that my roommate’s and my rent was always paid on time and besides the sign altercation (which was right before I left) we never caused any noise .
I never leave reviews but she seriously sucks. I hope she had some major personality changes 😁

Have been here a year now and could not be more happy with our decision in selecting Riverside Place. So much to choose from in this area...farmers markets, shopping, dining, entertainment, coffee shops. Love all the opportunities to get to know people in the Condo, whether it’s through organized social events or gatherings on the community patio, people are friendly, relaxed and welcoming.
