I visited CalVet here which helped me with DMV paperwork and assisted me with other veteran guidance.
Huge building the personnel directed me to the correct area of the building.
Great friendly and very helpful.

Veterans this office provides documents that will aide in tedious DMV paperwork without driving all over the place.

Service here is okay depending on what worker you get , they sometime take there time working and can be very slow not sure if they have enough workers here or these people are just lazy .

The workers are the worst they tell you they didn't receive something when you know for a fact they did get your paperwork. Nobody answers the phone. Nobody gets back to you. I turned in all my paperwork and it's still sitting there from February. I'm disabled and they took my insurance and now I pay 178 a month for my Medicare because they didn't do their job! And no one will call me back!!!!

Someone at a higher level. I hope you see this review. There is a problem with the phone system. The problem is this: After a person is verified and you select 6 to speak with someone, you get the option for 1. Calworks, 2.Calfresh or 3.Welfare to work, once you select, Another option is available: To speak to your assigned 1.caseworker or your office eligibility technician option 2 does not work!!! I have tried for 2 weeks. There is Absolutely no way to connect to the office without physically going over there. Please address this issue.

These people don't know what they are doing. I think the free phone people out front have a better grip on their job then the workers inside. Was told to wait for two hours for calfreash card only to be told after 90 mins that it was being mailed out. No references to resources when asked about housing they pointed toward the door and said oh we have housing out there around the corner? The place is surrounded by apartments and a highway... Thanks for the not so direct direction

It's a joke, 30 days to review your documents. But deny you immediately and never answer or return calls. They say they are busy but there's no one inside, you see them leaving for lunch together everyday. Again they don't know what they are doing it's a freaking joke. And 30 days is their favorite line. Fraud fraud fraud. The workers there are stealing money they do not a thing to help anyone.

I was sure where the V.A. office was and the Security Guard was too busy on her cell phone to help me. When I found the office, even though I didn't make an appointment, the staff was VERY HELPFUL in answering my questions. Any Military member if you need any information regarding your benefits, check with the V.A. in Indio. They are VERY knowledgeable and Very HELPFUL!!!!!
