I visited Lake Elsinore office 2 times, I live in Temecula CA, the office is far from where I live, I needed to submit documents which my case worker asked me to, I went to social service office located in Temecula 2 times, I scaned and sent the required documents there ,but that case worker said she never received them, so I had to go to Lake Elsinore. The staff protect each other, even though I went there 2 times, my case worker didn't appear, every time she made excuses that she didn't receive the documents and then said the documents were not sufficient....the staff who call you to the windows there are not well educated, of course not all of them but some....
It has been almost 2 months that I trying but nothing happens....

Call first, IT IS CLOSED temporarily..!! ☹️
It says you have to go to the Lake Elsinore office at 1400 minthorn St. Lake Elsinore 92530.
I went and wasted my time and money paying Ubert to request a service and it is closed..!! And there is no notice on Google explaining this situation to the public.☹️

We have been trying to get benefits for 4 months. All in vain. sometimes they forgot about us, sometimes they didn’t call us back, sometimes they didn’t send us the necessary forms. in the end, after we applied 5 times, we received food stamp cards, but there is no money for them. as a result, later a letter came that we did not go to the interview, although there was one interview and no one told us about the next interview and no one wrote. Bottom line: they do everything possible to ensure that you do not receive benefits

The office workers here are in the wrong line of business. They have absolutely no desire to help us clients coming in. I've never been treated with such low consideration in my life, they make it a point to treat you as if your hardships are baseless and mean absolutely nothing. I've tried so many times to get a hold of my case worker and she never returns any of my voicemails, neither does her supervisor who in my desperate attempts to reach someone for assistance never returned my calls. These are troubling times for us seeking this assistance, for most of us it's difficult to make it in to the office but that doesn't seem to concern the people "working" here. When I was forced to find a way to come in, the representatives at the front desk avoided eye contact, in fact they had their monitors intentionally blocking their view of us so that we can barely see their face, unless they wanted to direct a condescending attitude with you. I've only ever worked in customer service so I always go in with the utmost grace and respect for other workers in my field but the treatment I was given with this government agency was so disheartening to say the least. I'm so disappointed these people are not held accountable for their actions, clearly. It was not just me, they treated every person walking in this office this way. They need to realize they are the face of the business and how they conduct conduct themselves is so unacceptable and sets the tone for the interaction. They obviously aren't satisfied working here nor get any fulfillment in what they do.

the worst place! calling you have call a million times just to get through or if you leave a voicemail it’s full or they don’t return your call! this is what our tax money goes to government works that don’t care about you or rude. have wait the longest time to have your health care card approved. life they don’t care is it’s an emergency or you need to go see the doctor. instead of living the california dream it’s living the california nightmare.

As with any social services or dmv related place, it sucks. But that's just how the cookie crumbles. At least with this location its smaller, generally never more than a 15-20 min wait to meet personally with a social worker, and they have everything you need to fill out, turn in, and get going any process thats needed to get help or assistance.

Been waiting 45min just to check in to pick up an annual renewal form. people waiting in line all over no more room for a line .they require you check in for everything including forms which are usually out in lobby ... horrible costumer service 1person checking in and no no workers at cubicals .....this place needs a look into about this human services and hardly even servicing .....
