First and foremost, I wish nobody had to go through what I am going through. As a mom of 2 and expecting another I find myself tangled up in MY ABUSIVE MOTHER'S CASE !! I have a history of chronic pain, anxiety and depression, I am disabled, I have developed gestational hypertension and my anxiety is now over the roof... I am out of words to describe the amount of psychological pain and suffering my father, brother and myself have endured from my mother. This office has protected THE ABUSER ( A person with a clear HISTRIONIC PERSONALITY DISORDER) and neglected the MINOR who is currently under my care. I continue to experience lack of help and resources despite this being an ONGOING case. Edgar Torres continues to say "We have so many families" while my answer will always be "I only have YOUR HELP" and an abusive mother who does not care who she harms. I am scared for the safety of my children and my mentally challenged brother. I have provided police reports and they still have failed to take this case serious.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place and the social workers are ALL USELESS. I'm a current foster child they took me from my home and forced me to quit my job. My sisters and I have been neglected and emotionally abused we have even feared for our safety yet they do NOTHING!!!! My attorney is not very helpful either and it sucks because there's little to no resources for either me or my parents. The workers are just in it for the money and don't bother doing their job!!!

When it comes to an investigation, they expect you to answer your door when they arrive unannounced. However, when it comes to you wanting to address an issue or something in regard to your case the workers do not answer your calls or texts. Very unprofessional. Makes me believe the other reviewers and wonder if they even do a thorough investigation or genuinely care about the well-being of our children.

Don’t trust the workers! Don’t trust the assigned attourney! They’re all rude and narcissistic and VERY unprofessional. They claim to want the “safety” of the children but they treat family members like criminals/monsters! Take note: for every child removed it’s claimed that the department recieves $100,000.00 and for every child placed for adoption the department makes $300,000.00

Learn your rights and the law. Or better yet hire your own attourney!

Bad experience took the kids to see birth mother and we were greeted with an area thermometer at the door with 120 degree weather you would think they would let us go in to cool off a bit. They clamied kids had a fever even though we had just got off car. They suggested taking kids to doctors when I got home I checked and kids were good. Overall I believe they should take temperature inside the building instead of outside perhaps getting some shade in the front area.

This is a very terrible evil place. The workers are the most evil people there can be. They snatch your babies from you and go back to there home to sleep good while us parents are hurt crying and afraid for the safety of our kids.
