Two of my family members are here. It's a much better nursing home in comparison to others I've seen...
Today was a good visit, the front desk receptionist was very polite, and my loved ones nurse, Sam is always very patient and kind whenever I ask questions...Cause I always have a lot of questions.
My love ones beds and rooms are well taken care of, and each of them are bedridden, unfortunately.
Rivergate Terrace, so far, I feel is a good choice.

My dad went to Rivergate Terrance 3 days after having a knee revision. He was there for therapy until he regained his strength enough to go home. He was there just over two weeks.

No place is perfect but I will say that his stay here was pretty good. Minimal issues. Almost all the staff was pleasant. From the front desk, housekeeping, kitchen staff, nurses, aides, and especially the therapists who worked with my dad. All of them were phenomenal. Very friendly, polite and helpful. I think the rehab was great and my dad enjoyed it. They got him strengthened up in the time frame we were hoping/expecting.

If you or someone is looking for a good rehab facility I highly recommend Rivergate terrace.

My mom moved to Rivergate Terrace a few months ago. She really likes this nursing home. It is clean. The staff are very kind and patient. They have a lot of fun activities for the residents. It is easy to contact the business office and other departments with questions. When visiting, I always feel welcome. The receptionist at the front desk even remembered my name and my mom’s name right away. It almost feels more like a retirement facility rather than a nursing home. There are lots of opportunities to socialize with other residents. We are grateful and relived that we found Rivergate Terrace for my mom.

Everything was very clean I was very impressed the only downfall was the aid nurses aid she Mary was sliding out of bed and she yelled to her as she walked by and she told her that she needed a break. And I guess Mary worked herself back up into the bed. Other than that everything was was good she wanted a cup of coffee and the dining room people gave us a cup of coffee for her they were great and the nurse was wonderful.

Our mom is receiving rehab care At rivergate Terrace. I had the opportunity to meet with the staff on yesterday. It was quite a pleasant experience , They were very professional. The facility is clean And the atmosphere's Is bright and uplifting.

My wife worked here for many many years, when we moved it was hard for her adjusting to a new facility in Southern Indiana, she was impressed with how well everything still is, my sister is a patient there and we not she has any concerns or complaints. The staff were very friendly the ladies at the entryway are wonderful... Rivergate is a good place to have family members being cared for.

I recently had the experience of visiting Rivergate Terrace, where my friend has been residing. I am incredibly impressed with the level of care and attention the residents receive. The staff are exceptional. Every member I have encountered is not only professional and skilled but also genuinely compassionate and caring. It is evident that they take the time to know each resident personally, which greatly enhances the quality of care provided. The staff exhibits patience, kindness, and the ability to handle any situation with grace and efficiency.
