So having been visiting with a friend for 2 weeks now. My cat Chiquita, went missing. I phoned Rialto Animal Control, just around the corner. Yes. Rialto PD answered right away.
The Officer was friendly and honest. They are short in their Animal Control and do not typically pick up cats. She was so very kind sweet and informative. I am the last person to say that about any law-enforcement agency. However, five stars amazing personality rushing at all. Very thorough in her answers. I haven't gone here but I'm probably gonna live with my auntie in rialto with my mother beacuse nobody wants cats they either can't have them or they are Allergic to cats and my poor babys are females and they aren't fixed so I am wondering if you guys or gurls can take two female cats 1 is 3 years old the other is 5 the 3 year old is a gray-brown tabby cat the 5 year old cat is a tubby Siamese pls pls help we really need help like just for a few months can you keep them for a few months until me and my mother get a house to live at thats pet friendly ? Thank you if you can I really appreciate it also I'm 12 btw ^^ pls help I don't want my babies to die ....

This department is pretty much non existent. You end up being directed to call the local pd, and was on Hold for upwards of 8 minutes. By the time you manage to get through to anyone, the animal has wandered off. Even then they can't even respond quicklym city of Rialto/county of San Bernardino should put in more effort

Too many phone options I just want to talk to someone who can help remove a stray cat from my house before my pitbull sees it and tears it apart. I always scare it off the cat and it comes back. Fire everyone in the department and hire people who actually want to work!

To be honest this animal control office and dose'nt even deserve a one star I called since 10 o'clock in the morning for a dead animal pick up and no one has responded totally unacceptable I watch this animal and another second animal get runed over numerous. Called back a second time around four something and was told that because the animals are deceased already that they are not a priority and they only have one animal control officer in the office that's in training now it is now seven in the night and nobody's came for these animals and their bodies remain out on the street totally smashed

I called them about s little boxer laying on Riverside Avenue off the 210 by Carl's Jr. The lady that answered was extremely rude. Very unsympathetic. She said " YOU'RE LIKE THE 7TH OR 8TH PERSON THAT CALLED!!!! WE WILL TRY TO GET IT TOMORROW!!!!
What a pathetic person. In two days maggots will be all over the dog. I'm sure she belonged to someone.
