Mark with the bad skin was so rude when I last went in to revivals and I haven’t been back since due to his horrendous customer service. The second I got to the counter he gave me the nastiest look and attitude I don’t know if he was having a bad day or a bad life or if he was just upset at the fact that I was “interrupting” his conversation with his other co workers but the second he began checking me out he started tossing the items he scanned to the side. He then asked if I was a student for a discount and when I said yes he rudely stated I needed to show proof. At the time I didn’t have my wallet so when I told him I did not have my wallet he began to scold me saying “I told you last time you needed it” to which I replied “I hardly ever come to this revivals and I’ve never even met you” to which all he replied to was “ok” again with such a nasty attitude. I’ve only ever been to this revivals two other times as it’s very out of my way and will not be returning because not only was I treated like a child with absolutely no respect from a stranger while pregnant but when I called to complain I was refused the opportunity to speak with a manager. Avoid this place at all costs the employees seem to think they run the store and can do whatever they want for a charitable organization.

Weird place.Bought several things .the guy said i had 48 hrs.to return stuff.i came
back 5 minutes later after i had my husband see if he wanted.The rude manager guy basically refused returns

on 2 items.I didnt remove tags or anything!! What a terrible manager.I wont be back.

The Revival stores are all pretty nice. The volunteer staff are always pleasant and sometimes very busy. I have found some very nice deals on used furniture, pieces of crystal, and collectibles at Revivals.

they are soooo nice here. The store is well organized and clean. i always stop in here any chance i get. u can find big furniture and small things. this time i found a garde mange garnish book, butter well and new hawaiianas flipflops all for $9

The only revivals in the valley that hides the jewelry during half off events. So the 50% off all donated event going on May 18 and 19th 2024 they’ll remove it from the glass at the register. Not sure why they hide the jewelry. No other revivals d”stores do NOT practice this
