So glad that God has brought me to this amazing community! I felt welcomed right from the beginning and have found a family in this community. I have grown in my relationship with the Lord through the amazing messages given both on Sunday and going deeper in my gospel community group. This church is a healthy Bible believing church that challenges me to go deeper with the Lord! Love the family feel you are welcomed with and the ability we all get to be real and raw with each other. Gods love and grace are felt!

Restored LA has been my home church for 6+ years. Although I grew up in the church, Restored and its people have brought me so much closer to our loving Savior, Jesus Christ, through biblically sound / gospel centered services, worshiping the Lord through music, and attending a Gospel Community Group once a week.
I will forever be grateful the Lord led me and my husband to this church!

Caveat: I've been to the Sunday services three times while visiting the area, but that is the extent of the depth of my experience with the church.

They seem gospel centered, Bible believing, Jesus loving, people loving, and genuine. It's not about going to a church service because "that is what you are supposed to do". It is about being changed by God from the inside out through the gospel of Jesus.

Sunday mornings and gospel community groups are two ways to participate in being a part of the Restored family.

If I lived in the area, there is a high likelihood that my family would be a part of this church.

I’ve attended several churches throughout the years, all of which make the claim that church is a “family”. But Restored Church is the first church I’ve been apart of that actually lives this out really well. The teachings are deep, but understandable, with a central focus on the perfect finished work of Jesus. The kids ministry team genuinely loves kids and does a phenomenal job. But none of these things are done in a flashy or fancy way to try and make the church more attractive, because they’re much more concerned about making much of Jesus.

Amazing group of believers, amazing church building. Very conscientious during the pandemic to keep every member safe and comfortable in the worship environment.
It's almost taboo to write a review about a church building but all I can say is you need to experience firsthand the love of Christ in this body of people. You'll quickly notice the genuine concern for others' wellbeing and relationship with our God which acts as a shining light in the San Fernando Valley. Restored LA offers a variety of classes and life groups (gospel communities) throughout the year to foster continual growth for those who are interested.
We are so happy to be a part of our Restored family!!!

Authentic, relatable people. Not afraid to jump headfirst into controversial topics. Highest level of transparency I’ve experienced. Doing life together rather than “going to the church building on Sunday mornings.” Community. Enjoying, celebrating, serving, and with purpose. People becoming free and starting an epic adventure. Fighting for your own heart and for the hearts of those around you as they fight for yours, too. Imperfect because perfection doesn’t exist, but a miracle for my life. Also, the senior pastor is a clearly and abundantly gifted teacher and speaker. Sermons aren’t the type where you look at your watch or phone 10 minutes in thinking it’s been 30. It’s usually the other way around as he is unafraid to “go there,” but does it in an incredibly loving yet intellectual and well-thought-out (not to mention usually hilarious) way. Prayer is enthusiastically filled with the Spirit. Worship genuine and honest, not a show but an authentic and grateful singing to God. Kids Ministry seen as just as important as “big church.” Not daycare, but opportunities for children to hear the Gospel and for their hearts to be fully formed. Normal, ordinary people doing extraordinary things not because they’re awesome but because God has his hand on and over this church.

I’m been attending Restored for a number of years now. Every church has flaws and Restored is no exception, but here you’ll find a community that loves Jesus, has a high view of scripture with a gospel-centered lens, attempts to love people well, and lives in community together all week long in the regular rhythms of life (not just Sundays).

If you’re interested in checking out a church, I’d recommend stopping by and saying hello. The teaching and community at Restored has certainly helped me to see Jesus more clearly.

So grateful God led me to this church. Prior church was a mega church which made it difficult to form strong community. The people here welcomed me lovingly even though they didn’t know me. They were accepting of me and interested in my walk and helping me to grow to be more like Jesus. This is a thriving community of Jesus followers and you are welcome here.
