Mmmm where to start. Four years ago one of the security had a problem with me cause I talked to Mr York about him being rude to my mama was interrupting her when she tried to talk to him. And on Jan 19th 2025 in the morning another security guard had a problem with me and got in my face and told me to pack my stuff ( he cussed) and get out and don't come back until next year and threaten to call the police on me for trespassing when I told him I requested to talk to Mr York or Ralph who was his boss. And that he didn't have the authority to kick people out like that what so ever and that is up to Mr York only. He wouldn't let me wait for Mr York or Ralph who happens to be his boss. And on Jan 19th 2025 the temperatures were dropping to 10 degrees and stayed at 10 degrees for like three days and at night time the temperatures were in the negatives.

Bad Place, Worst Homeless Shelter I've ever Seen. Two Toilets for 50 plus Men, One Shower for 50 Men there. For Lunch was a Bologna Slice, two pieces of White and Chips. Such a Bad Location, No Bus Stops nearby, No Stores Nearby. Homeless people are Probably better on the Streets than being there. They Strip Search the Men there. Everyone that Works there Should be Fired.

Three meals everyday, if you're a vet you get your own room. No internet though so good luck on the job search, or doing anything else that is important. They let you use the phone if needed... Just mind your business, stay productive, do the chores, help others if you can. Most importantly ask more questions for more resources...bus passes, job search, places with internet, where to get interview clothes, where to get free hygiene supplies, etc..

In May of this year, I was homeless in Bay City, Michigan. They had no organizations that were willing to aid & assist me in finding a place to live. RCO was recommended to my by an aquaintance. I went there and was given a private room due to my being a veteran. I met with the VA rep the following Monday. As of August 21 of this year I have a 2 bedroom apartment in Saginaw Township. None of this would have been possible had I not gone to RCO. Gteat Program!
