Basically an organization of quack "therapists" and "psychiatrists" trying to "cure" people with severe developmental disabilities by forcing them to adhere to a quack "program" originally created by a far-right Christian extremist as a kind of Dr. Phil ranch for delinquents, pumping them full of meds and pseudoscientific vitamin supplements that do nothing but make them sicker, and getting free state money for not really doing anything. They need to hire full time psych staff who actually pay attention to the consumers they are taking care of. The people who work in the houses are the strongest aspect of the company. Management is corrupt.
