Although disabled adult, they only help children which I am not. Website was lengthy but didn’t answer all necessary questions. They want my medical info from my doctor to ride... that’s a bit too personal of information to hand out. Sounds great for kids, adults... take the train 🚂 😔 Hmph 😤wanted to know if they wanted a brand new saddle for free … it didn’t work out sad to say.

Child enjoyed his time with reins but felt held back. He is high functioning social needs but was bored at times in the class. Staff is nice and friendly for most part. Not very timely on getting paperwork to families.

Had one bad experience where staffer said we were lying about turning in papers. Was really rude about it. Turned out they had lost it because 2 instructors verified we turned it in. Never did get an apology.
