Do not send your family here. There is roaches in the rooms. Also they make nurses lift by hand without using a lift machine which is against California no lift policy so they may drop your loved ones. They have med techs give Iv meds and not licensed nurse which is against osha policy. They are all about money and not safety of the residents and of others working there. OSHA has been called several times.

When my dad had a stroke, our family realized it was time to move him to an assisted living home that offered memory care. I search around the West Covina area and found that for our needs as a family and for the care of my father, Regency Grand was an excellent choice. While he was there, he received such amazing care from the staff. They were patient and kind with him, never rushing when he needed help with his personal grooming while allowing him to maintain independence with his activities of daily living as much as possible. As his health declined, I was with him more frequently than I otherwise would have been. I saw first hand how the staff took their time, not only for my father but for all the residents. It gave me great peace of mind knowing my father was getting three meals a day plus snacks, showers, medications on time (every day), and was part of a community at Regency Grand. I am forever grateful for the time my dad spent here and for everyone who made a difference in his life.

My mother has been at Regency Grand memory care for 10 years. She goes by the name of Grandma and Regency Grand is her home. During her active years she has enjoyed daily walks in the gardens, weekly outings at local restaurants which I would sometimes see her group, visits to museums and local amusement events for seniors. Life at Regency Grand with all the amenities and group workshops can be compared to living at Hilton or Wyndham vacation resort. My mom is now under hospice care and the people and staff are great in seeing her needs. I am my grateful to the people and staff for all years of help with my Mom. I would recommend Regency Grand to everyone for the care of their aging parents.

I visited Regency Grand to tour as I am looking at options in Assisted Living for my father. I was greeted and shown a couple room options that seem to be a good fit. I loved the grounds, the room sizes and the welcoming staff. I would definitely encourage others to see for themselves. My dad will be in town soon and I can wait to show him.

My family and I couldn’t be happier with the care my grandmother has received since moving in 4 years ago. We had tried another assisted living but the care wasn’t there. The place smelled and the staff became rude when we would ask questions. Since being at the Regency we’ve never had to question the care she’s getting and have always received fantastic service from the staff.

My mom began at assisted living at Regency Grand and is now in memory care there. It is very comforting to have a place for mom where I know she is getting the best of care and she has adapted very well. The staff is very attentive and notifies me of any changes in mom’s health or behavior. If you are looking for a place for a lived one, call Regency Grand and ask for a tour. You will not regret it!

Regency Grand was home to my Grandmother for 4-5 years. At home her quality of life was spiraling & her health was declining. She was depressed, not going further than the store & had many falls around the house. After a hospitalization the doctor thought it would be best for her to go into a convalescent hospital. Instead I reached out to Regency Grand and they went out of their way to accommodate us. From there she was able to heal & come back to her true self. My grandmother started to become healthy, active and social. I couldn’t believe the activities she was beginning to take part in like going to a Dodger game! Once her dementia took over, her transition was seamless. They assisted us in her move to the memory unit in the same building. From there the care staff provided her with the upmost respect & kindness. I couldn’t have asked for a better staff to provide the love & care I wish I was able to provide myself. It’s hard to not feel guilty at times when we are not able to look after a loved one ourself but through Regency Grand, I never felt that. The staff became family to me & supported me in ways I would have never imagined. In fact, I miss seeing them since she has passed. If anyone is looking for an assisted living/memory unit for themselves or for their family, look no further. I highly recommend Regency Grand.

My mother-in-law has been here for over a year now. She is in the assisted living side. She is well cared for and the people that work here are very nice. They have an excellent chef because the food we've eaten has always been good. There are always nice events planned for the holidays. Overall we have been very happy with the Regency Grand.
