I am very impressed with the staff at Regency. All of the staff that I have encountered since my sons Grandmother has been a resident have been top notch. They all have a tough job. And are not appreciated enough. Also, the help I have gotten from Amy, Kerri,& Bobbie. You 3 are simply Amazing. I can't even begin to thank all of you enough. ♡

I have been an RN since 1990. I come here twice a year to perform a medication infusion for a resident. This facility is the cleanest, brightest and most welcoming skilled nursing facility that I have EVER seen. All of the staff here from housekeeping to managers are amazing. I have been a witness to such kindness, empathy and respect for the residents. Even some well placed teasing and humor. I wouldn’t hesitate to place a friend/family member here if needed. The care is excellent.

I am so impressed with the regency. The staff is very in tune with the patients needs. Right on top of it. And it's so clean. The place is spotless. Now let's talk about the therapy which my freind is here for, top notch! Thank you to all the administration and staff for taking such excellent care of our loved ones.

I went here for what was supposed to be rehab, and ended up leaving with more issues than what I came in with. While they were not all bad, there are some care workers who have no business working in a place like this; they would get irritated and impatient, and often lied about doing things when they did not. The care workers that did an amazing job were often chastised by others and nurses who need to get off their high horses and treat others better. There were a few other employees that went out of their way to help me, and I am thankful for that.

Staff , for the most part, are helpful smiling people. Care workers are not many and cannot be said to be paying attention. My elderly mother, skin and bones, in for rehab, lay in a bed with only a sheet on her. I had to ask for a blanket. I did get one promptly but crazy that I had to notice and ask and that a staff member didn't take care of that - somebody made up the bed. Why didn't he/she take care of it then? There is no physical therapy on Saturday or Sunday. That's nuts. Its supposed to be a "rehab" facility. No progress 2 days in a row because of that. Old furniture out of the 50's and 60's. No luxury anything. A curtain between beds. Room and halls often, not always, smell of urine. That's hard to control in a nursing home so have to cut some slack on that topic. In summer months there are several fully encased garden areas where patients/residents can get outside. Those are small but look very nice.

I am so happy with Regency of Fremont. My wife is suffering with dementia and the nurses and staff are like none other. Always kind to me and my wife. Getting her to do activities, I have been going there to see my wife for 3 months now and I know she’s in the right place. Thank you everyone at Regency you are the best 🥰

As an outside nurse that visits this facility weekly, I am very impressed. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They are attentive to resident needs and truly show a passion for caring for these people, as they were their own loved ones. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to my own friends and family.

Best in the area! The staff are so caring and compassionate. The facility itself is clean and well tended to. They have a lot of great activities/events, like food truck appearances and car shows, to provide a high level of engaging care. Plus, you can tell they’ve got a great HR person because from what I have seen, all new hires are onboarded and the employees seem very happy to work there. Overall, a great option with an amazing staff!
