I love Redwood Cafe has been quite the hub of “Community” lately! Whenever my family comes to town they always want to dine here. They are so warm, inviting and friendly! The other night we ordered take out and they had music I wish we stayed. This morning it was packed. The service is stellar and I LOVE THIS PLACE!

Totally cool. I didn't have my phone with me so no photos. The atmosphere was campy, cool, classy and hip. Is that possible to be all mixed up? I thought I'd stepped onto a movie set. It was crowded so obviously a very popular place! Local artifacts hung on all the walla. Good art. Talent abounds. Lots of food choices. Wines. Obviously very locals. to tourists as well as licals.

I got the redwood burger medium rare, it was absolutely massive and well made. It did not come with mustard and ketchup, however it strangely came with mayo on the side. The fries were steak style and came in a massive portion as well. There was a striking array of desserts at the counter to choose from. You must approach the counter to order and pay all at once then seat yourself with a number and your drink. The waitress brings your food and takes your plate when you're done. The vibe is very quaint and folksy, it is clearly a community hub for the city with a lot of live bands and group meetups in it's very spacious interior.

Really disappointing cappuccino. There was so much creamer in it that’s basically all I could taste. It was more like a latte but with cream. I had high hopes from all the great reviews, especially with the beautiful wood fire burning in the cast iron stove. But I was really unhappy with the coffee.

My family and I have been coming here for a few years now and it’s the best breakfast spot ever! We come from santa rosa to have breakfast, lunch, or dinner here from time to time and it’s such a cozy and warm cafe. Our go to orders are the green chilaquiles with over medium eggs, the breakfast burrito, biscuit and gravy, pancake, french toast, chicken and waffles, buckwheat pancakes, their pb chocolate protein shake, and their omelettes. They have a great menu but we love our usuals in rotation. My partner loves their protein menu and the thai tea is great! They tend to get pretty busy on the weekends especially morning/afternoon but we’ve always had a good experience anytime we’ve gone. Redwood cafe is the best!
