The basic concept of pricing should be explained. The actual cost may not be able to be provided due to variations in how pricing and control are implemented. Common HOA ELEMENTS ARE NOT CLARIFIED. I did not find any units for sale or if any are available. This basic information would save time for both potential buyers, renters & the HIA Management. All are suggestions. I do have experience in real estate matters having been (Past tense a RE Agent, Broker, Loan Officer & Agent & finally an Investor. I am currently phasing out of all Rental RE due to many irrational laws being passed by my Government.
I hope this honest evaluation helps improve this new concept of Park Owned by the occupants is expanding. What has occurred in the past was horrific as have all out of control RE, food, Utilities, general cost of living. I like many of you are angry at what has happened in our Country. I am a patriot and AMERICA HAS CHANGED AND NOT GOR THE BETTER AND THAT INCLUDES BOTH MAJOR POLITICAL PARTIES!
