Easy place to shop , they have mostly everything in stock. Nice a friendly establishment. They take EBT , and are very helpful when I need help looking for items I can't find.

great store!!! Only one complaint:
I used to buy 3-12 take out sandwiches every day. For my construction crew. the problem is the lettuce in the sandwiches wasn't washed full of dirt and grit all through the sandwiches. Tried calling but no one is there to take call.!!

Expired products on shelves! Just got back from doing a grocery haul at Ralphs and was so excited to try the nature’s own keto bread until I realized the best by date is Sep 17, 23 and it is now Sep 18, 23. Now I’m scared to eat it. Ridiculous. While shopping I was also about to add a bottle of ranch dressing to my cart until I realized the best by date was back in August, 23!! It is now September, 23. Seriously?

Update:
I been on the phone on hold for 25 minutes now trying to get a hold of a manager to get a refund. The first person that answered said to just go to any store to receive a refund. Huge inconvenience. I shouldn’t have to take time out of my day to go back to any store, drive, sit in traffic and wait in line to fix someone’s negligence. This is a huge safety issue!!

Update:
The manager Jeffrey Goodman refused to help and told me to go to any store to receive a refund bc they can’t do anything over the phone even though I’m sure they can easily pull up my receipt in their system and refund the card on file.

I’ll stick to my usual TRADER JOES and never shopping at Ralph’s again.

The store needs to do better about the reserved pickup spots. Each time I’ve had a pickup, all the spots have been used by people shopping in store. Ralphs needs to do better about keeping the spots clear for pickup people.

The selections at this Ralphs is phenomenonal and you just can't beat their prices and the clearence items are just the best. 🤗
