There are very helpful here. They can help low income and the elderly. They can help with a food box once a month for elderly. They help people to get rent assistance. Not sure what else but they are nice and may be able to help make life more affordable.

Front desk Jessica is very rude towards people she'll just tell you anything to get you out the way she needs to be more professional to all not just a certain ETHNICITIES even over the phone she's dry not helpful to blacks

It's crazy that THE PEOPLE OF RACINE IS TREATED LIKE THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE ACTS IF PEOPLE ATE WORKING FOR THEM THEY ARE RUDE,NASTY AND UTS A BIG ONE THAT SITS AT THE FRONT DESK LIKE ITS HER MONEY THE PEOPLE ARE ASKING FOR WHY PUT LAZY EORKERS IN THERE THEY EONT EVEN GIVE THE COMMON RESPECT TO ANSWER THE PHONE TO EVEN LET THE CITIZENS KNOW WHAT IS GOING I
