As a preferred caregiver for a Home Sweet Home client, I felt very supported. The office staff communicated with me and help me to get through the rough days. The benefits and perks they offer are amazing. Misty and Shaina are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Chad who covers on call was really nice too. Home sweet home is number 1 in my book!! I have had hip replacement and am gonna have knee replacement and they have always found me the perfect caregiver, both home sweet home and caregiver is full of compassion and are always there for me. They both meet my needs and listen to me and are kind, i will be with home sweet home till God calls me home, they are the best, i love misty with all my heart!!

I have been totally disabled since 2008. Since then I've used a total of three different home health agencies and home sweet home was my third!! Third time was a charm!!! Right from day one after meeting Misty and her staff I knew I was at home with them. Misty is such a sweet person and SOO helpful!! Misty runs a tight ship and she's SOO understanding!! I love home sweet home!!

My mother has been a client with Home Sweet Home for a couple years now and it seems like every caregiver that’s come into her house has been lazy! I’ve walked in many times to find her caregiver sitting in the chair watching tv, being on her phone and doing everything but helping.
My mother’s house is trashed and the only thing that seems to be done is the dishes ( and she hardly uses them)
My mom has been in and out of the hospital for a few years now and needs help caring for her apartment. She is supposed to receive 4 hours a day and they haven’t been giving that to her.
Today as I stopped to visit her and clean up because the aid had called off once again I noticed mold in her coffee pot! That is extremely unacceptable!!! I’m am appalled that my mother’s home is like this. What do the caregivers get paid for?! Because it’s obviously not for helping out!

My mom gets services every day from home sweet home, she feels they go above and beyond and sometimes feels spoiled. The workers are always caring and respond very quickly to her needs.
