When finding a loved one a new home where they will need assistance living is a hard task! Thankfully Prestige made everything easy. They truly make it feel like home. The love and care my mom receives daily blows me away. I'm thankful for all the staff at Prestige.

My mom has been in Prestige Centre just over a month and our family could not be more happy with her care and the compassion that staff has for my mom and our family. This is the first time our family has experience with a loved one in assisted living and the care and guidance we received from Laura and the staff was very comforting. We had lots of questions that were answered in a timely manner and they helped us navigate this new situation. Staff always has a welcoming smile in person or when they answer the phone and knowing our loved one is in this type of environment is truly comforting.

Our mom is new to Prestige Center and we didn't understand the process or much about making this transition. All the staff at Prestige has been so helpful and they worked diligently to get mom in after a stay in rehab. They helped ease our anxiety over mom living in assisted living by showing us patients when we didn't understand, warmth helping us getting her settled, and the continued geltleness that has welcomed not just mom but our whole family. We truly feel that the Prestige staff is a continuation of our family and we are pleased to call home❤️

The staff is incredible. They truly care for the comfort and needs of their residents. They go way above what is expected of them to do right by the resident and the resident's family. My dad had to go to the hospital and then a few nursing homes due to his health needing more advanced care but he always was eager to return to prestige where the staff greeted him like family. Highly recommend this place and they will be my first stop for future needs

I recently visited Prestige Center and was so happy to find out what a wonderful place it was! The staff was warm and welcoming, engaging the residents in arts and crafts. The way the staff interacted with the residents and guests was truly as if they were all one big family. I felt like I was visiting family that I hadn't seen in awhile. The snack after arts and crafts was warm homemade pie and they even offered me a piece (which would have been rude to turn down, right?). I hadn't had cherry pie that good in years. It's nice to know places like this exist for people who need assistance but want to be treated like family. It was so clean and had such a happy energy, I can't wait to go back and visit again soon!

I will always remember that day in late August 2016. I was exhausted from my search and years of caregiving with one place left to visit. From the moment I walked through the doors of Prestige Center, I knew I had found a home for my significant other, Bill.

Welcoming smiles, fresh and clean scents and the warm and comforting aromas of cookies baking, and home cooked meals greeted me as I walked through the center to my appointment. Oh, how I was pleasantly surprised compared to all the other facilities I had visited. Prestige Center was a positive, sunny environment and I felt uplifted! I wanted to see and learn more!

Care givers actively engaged one-on-one with bright-eyed residents, groups participating in activities and music playing as the center entertained a visiting group and its residents, warmed my heart and filled me with confidence that I was doing the right thing after all, and that my loved one who was acutely aware of what was happening to him and his surroundings, would really enjoy living at Prestige Center. It felt like home and I so wanted Bill to be cared for in the way I desired for him and that he deserved.

Well, it’s been 19 months since that day and we are grateful for the quality of care Bill has and continues to receive from the wonderful care giving staff at Prestige Center. Bill receives one-on-one interaction with caregivers, administrators and volunteers, he participates in many indoor and outdoor activities provided by the folks at the center and receives the home and health care needed to improve his quality of live and comfort.

I have come to know the administrators and caring staff at Prestige Center well and appreciate the high standard of care they provide and the principles that guide them; to respect and celebrate the individual and the life they have lived. I believe I have found a soft-landing for my loved one, Bill. He so deserves it!
