Brought our friends to lunch 2 days ago and was vey dissatisfied about our service at the Preserve. The waiter had only one, maybe two other table and was not attentive at all, and had to be remainded several times about food orders, drink request and patiently asking to close the sun blinds. We ordered bottles of wine and champagne with the waiter not refilling our glasses once.
Finally he was removing plates from our table and dropped food to my dress 🙁
We are members of the club and love the facilities but have noticed the service become very poor.
