My daughter loves it,,,
But those dolls arenā€™t cheap things and donā€™t know whatā€™s inside so they let us keep buying it which is customer unfriendly.
Customer service arenā€™t friendly enough.
Those stuff are just standing like a useless dolls.

I had a good experience here overall. They had the Labubu Macaroon set and more Zimono stuff that was sold out online which was a surprise. Itā€™s a nice Popmart overall.

I was amazed by the photos on the media.
It was a huge disappointment, and confusion when I actually saw it in real.
Other reviews mentioning the staffā€™s attitude here, I did not even have a chance to prove it because there was zero interest for me to stay here more than 1 minute.
This was a hype all over the social media. I donā€™t understand what attract these people. The actual entity looks cheap, and ridiculous.

šŸŒŸ Thanksgiving Shopping Disaster at Westfieldā€˜s Pop Mart šŸŒŸ

Today at Westfield, I went to the Century Pop Mart vending machine, to grab my favorite Labubu . What followed, however, was an incredibly frustrating and unfair experience that I feel compelled to share.

Hereā€™s what happened:

1āƒ£ Unclear Rules:
Two staff members were repairing the vending machine, and a line of customers formed while waiting. Some blind boxes were covered in white paper, so no one knew what they were.
There were no signs or announcements stating that customers couldnā€™t leave the line and rejoin, even if friends were holding their place.

2āƒ£ Unfair Treatment:
While waiting, I briefly stepped out of line to check what was inside the vending machine, as many others did. When I returned, a male staff member suddenly told me I couldnā€™t rejoin and had to go to the back of the line. My friend, who was holding my spot, argued with him, and he leftā€”only to block me from purchasing when it was my turn!

3āƒ£ Inconsistent Enforcement:
I wasnā€™t the only one who stepped out of line and came back, but I was the only person targeted. When my friend asked the supervisor (Henry Nguyen) why, he admitted that others did the same but ā€œwerenā€™t caught.ā€ So if no one sees it, itā€™s fine? How is this fair?

4āƒ£ Poor Customer Experience:
The staff didnā€™t explain rules clearly from the beginning.
They wasted my time on a busy Thanksgiving day.
Instead of offering solutions, they threatened to call security.

5āƒ£ Management Failure:
Henry admitted this isnā€™t the first time such issues have happened, yet no improvements have been made. No signs, no instructions, no staff monitoring the line. This chaos and lack of communication made for one of the worst shopping experiences Iā€™ve ever had.

šŸ’¬ Final Thoughts:
Iā€™ve been a loyal Pop Mart customer for 5+ years, shopping in different cities and countries, but this is the most disorganized and disappointing experience Iā€™ve ever encountered.

I am not seeking an apology; rather, I hope this feedback reaches your office and prompts serious action.

Came here when I was walking around the shops at century city and randomly decided to get myself a blind box, I was eyeing this feathery little guy and I ended up getting it! so lucky!

I saw other people shaking the boxes and was wondering what they were doing and then I figured they were trying to hear the pieces inside to guess which character theyā€™ll get (probably still mostly by chance), I tried the same method and my idea was to just pick the heaviest box hoping to get a good one, and see if I could secretly hear the bell (no sound actually), luckily I got the one that I didnā€™t expect and wanted šŸ™‚ guess it was a good day!

Let me begin by saying this the customer service was horrible unprofessional and none of them are willing to go above and beyond for you. Unfortunately HE wasnā€™t any HELP! Horrible customer service. I will say this DONT MAKE ANY PURCHASES at this location their other pop mart in LA that will gladly help you! For example Glendale. None of them are in the same page! One gives you this information and the other gives you another information. Thatā€™s how I knew they were just BS me. Will I ever SHOP here NOPE! NEVER AGAIN! I should have read the reviews. As for the manager do better! Itā€™s a two way street and it would have been nice of you to make this shopping a pleasant experience.

Customer service was very poor compared to other Pop Mart stores in SoCal. I visited this location twice and both visits were bad experience. Staff was rude and unfriendly.

I asked 1 item in particular and they responded ā€œsold outā€ in a condescending tone.
Need proper training.
