My dad moved into Pomeroy Living Orion about a month ago. My mom, my siblings, and I were saddened that my dad's dementia condition had deteriorated to the point where it was no longer safe for him to be at home. I had a casual relationship with Pomeroy Living Orion through our church being next door and our kids ministering monthly at Pomeroy. As we have gone through the application and move-in process, we have been met with kindness, compassion, care, and great service. Shout out to Lorene in the leasing department, my initial contact, who has gone above and beyond to make sure our questions have been answered and needs have been met. The staff in the memory care wing have also been a blessing. Though both my mom & dad are still working through the emotional pain of this type of transition, we are thankful for the genuine kindness that we have been shown. We are blessed!

Pomeroy has been a great place for my loved one. The apartment and amenities are lovely and it feels like home. Most importantly, the people who work there are friendly, helpful, and care. They are responsive and knowledgeable, providing great piece of mind.

My mom and brother moved into Independent Living in late Dec 2024. Lorene was so helpful and kind throughout the entire process to make sure we found the right location within the facility for our family members as we were dealing with some difficult health issues at the time. Since moving in, both have adjusted to the community and are enjoying the activities and amenities that are available. I can't say enough about how friendly the staff are and how helpful they were during the move in (special shout out to Ann at the front desk). On numerous occasions I have witnessed the staff interacting with residents and smile at how caring and friendly they are. Thank you!

My folks moved into Independant Living in Pomeroy Orion in January of 2019. We are so impressed with all the staff, especially Lorene. My folks moved to Assisted in 2022 and we were blown away with the caring staff notably Nicole and Chris. My dad passed last year and the caring comfort given to him in his last days was so appreciated. Mom moved back to independent living in October of 2023 and again everyone has been wonderful. Big shout out to Ann and Chris at the front desk. They are so very kind and helpful. Everyone here is wonderful and my mom always says “ you sure picked out a wonderful place for us to live”

We've had the pleasure of assisting with the relocation of many seniors into Pomeroy Living Orion, and what an amazing experience it was! The community is absolutely beautiful, and it's evident that the team at Pomeroy Living truly cares about their residents. From the moment you step foot in the community, you can feel the warmth and dedication of the staff. They go above and beyond to ensure that residents are happy and well taken care of. It's truly a wonderful place for seniors to call home.

If i could give zero i would. Turnover is INSANE at this facility, Management has it out for any employee who GENUINELY cares for the residents. I was wrongfully terminated for reporting abuse to HR and the ED. They fired me and another women just because our time was off from what the cameras showed by maybe a half hour, when we were short staffed that day like everyday it can get hectic and you won’t recall exact times of your day. Very disappointing to see more than 75% of the staff who was there just last summer is gone now, due to management issues. The majority of Caregivers and Med Techs genuinely loved and supported these residents, Management just sees them as another monthly Rent check. No one should be afraid for their job for reporting abuse or something wrong happening in the Facility
