What fun! I was nervous about trying the women’s kickboxing class, but I’m so glad I did. It’s a killer workout, very affordable, and all the women are super supportive. I really haven’t worked out since before I had my daughter — so for about three years — and this class is great for going at my own pace but also challenging myself. If you’re on the fence, check it out! All you’ve got to lose is a few pounds 😉
