My father Jerry lived at Pleasant View the last two years of his life. He was surrounded by a caring, compassionate staff, he had good food and great activities. I would highly recommend this facility. It is a very nice building filled with caring people. God bless

I must say I am QUITE unimpressed with the care at PV. I have had more than one staff member have a HUGE attitude with my family and I. I was leaving one day after visiting my mom and she needed to use the bathroom, the person who answered the call light went in the hall to tell the aid and as I was walking out the aid drew a huge sigh and rolled her eyes and said “AGAIN?” This happened to my sister when she asked staff for bathroom assistance for my mom. Big attitude problems. My biggest concern is their absolute lack of care when I voiced my concern about my mom possibly having a UTI. They told me “no she doesn’t” when clearly the signs were there. This was on a Friday evening, I had to speak to the nursing supervisor who contacted the doctor to order a UA-which turned out to be positive for a UTI-go figure. THEN it was not until Tuesday of the following week that an antibiotic was finally given after I insisted on seeing the doctor. VERY subpar care. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is the physical therapists I saw were conscientious and caring.

Pleasant View is, without a doubt, one of the cleanest and most well-maintained facilities I have ever visited. From the administrative staff to the healthcare workers on the floor, everyone exudes kindness and genuine care for their patients. The level of professionalism and compassion displayed by the entire team is truly commendable.

The attention to detail in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment is evident in every corner of the facility. It is clear that the staff takes great pride in their work, ensuring that each patient feels comfortable and well-cared for.

I would definitely recommend Pleasant View to my family and friends.

Not enough workers and not enough of them actually do that job. It’s definitely not the worst but not good. They’re extremely discriminative, ableist , racist, it’s ridiculous

Been here a few days after transferring here after ankle surgery. So far it's been fantastic. Room is clean with privacy and nice TV. Staff is extremely pleasant and takes great care of me. Food is good with a Cafe you can order from throughout the day. I am still not very mobile so have not tried out the other parts of the facility.

Physical and Occupational therapy is PHENOMENAL. Myra and Bret really inspire me to do better. I will miss them when I leave.

Nurses, aides and support staff really care and it shows.

My mom had such caring, loving nurses, medical assistants, dietary workers, PT/OT therapist, housekeeping, and activities personnel at SCMCF. They made her stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you all!

Worse facility, racist management, Kelly MN supervisor and DON are prejudice towards staff of different ethnicity, I have heard of them being like that be once I seen it myself I was honestly disappointed 2024 and this is still going on smh

I have rounded at many facilities and Pleasant View is by far the cleanest and has the most “pleasant” attitude of all the skilled nursing buildings I have gone to. The staff is always knowledgeable about the residents’ needs and quick to address them. The food looks good (I’m usually rounding at lunch time). And they are always doing activities to keep the residents busy.
