Our first time at Phil's was wonderful. We sat on the patio with our dog (not a lot of dog friendly places around). Every employee that came by talked to our dog, brought him water, and we're also super pleasant with us.
The food was wonderful and great portions size!
We'll definitely be going back again and again.

My sister bought me here for breakfast as this is her favorite breakfast spot. I got the French toast and sausage links with some apple juice. It was so delicious. We will definitely go back again soon.

Very cute decor. Service was very slow and they finally told us the computers were down. We asked if they could just write down the order and give it to the kitchen, and they finally did that but it took a good 30 minutes to get our food. The servers were trying the best they could but they could’ve let us know earlier what was going on. Then took quite a while to get our bill which they had to write manually. The BLT plus avocado sandwich was OK. So were the wings and potato skins.

Typical diner quality food and selection. Had breakfast omelettes. Vegetables tasted like and had texture of canned foods. Ham was sliced lunch meat, not chunks of real ham. Taste of both omelettes was bland. Cost was $3-4 more per meal than nearby restaurants offering similar entrees. $4.25 for a Diet Coke was ridiculous.

Consider Mountain View Kitchen nearby. Menu isn’t as extensive but, everything is well made. Fresh vegetables and real meat used in their omelettes. You can taste the difference fresh and real food makes. Prices are less expensive as well. Plus they offer a wide selection of fresh made pies.

Dropped by just beyond breakfast time on Saturday. Super nice staff (Gina). Service was great - dining area was clean and the food was great. I had fish and chips and the wife had chicken salad. Prices are on the higher side but the portions are bigger I believe. Overall great experience and will definitely be going back!

I’ve been here once before and I loved it! Came here for my second time tonight. I absolutely recommend this place to everyone. The menu is crazyyyyyy huge. Options for everyone! I’m vegetarian and they accommodated me well when I ordered the taco salad. Wendy was such a great server, she’s friendly and quick!

Grabbed a quick lunch for take-out and the food was just we wanted and more! Highly recommend the French dip, even as a takeout it held its shape and taste amazingly well. A great local hideaway we will stop by again when town!
