I really wanted to like this place after reading so many great reviews, but unfortunately I received the worst haircut I’ve ever paid for. I asked for a simple one length trim and now my hair is completely lopsided and looks like it was cut straight across with kitchen scissors. The owner was also pretty rude and did not make me or my sister feel welcome. My sister had a very friendly stylist but also did not get the cut she requested, which was curtain bangs/wispy side bangs, she received straight across bangs. To pay $150 for 2 haircuts and not get what you asked for, is really disappointing. We will not be returning.

I must say they are extremely nice at this place! I came in to drop off a smoothie to my wife who was getting her hair colored by Carissa and I immediately felt at home. They were so kind and funny from the get go, that I decided to stay the entire time until my wife was done. That’s a first for me, and it goes to show how important customer service is for everyone even if they aren’t paid clients!! Big thumbs up to the staff at Phi eco salon you guys rock!

Phi Eco Salon will blow your mind! From the moment you walk in the atmosphere is tranquil and serene. My hairstylist Carissa was absolutely delightful, she made me look like a movie star and was sure to recommend some amazing products to insure I’m able to keep up the fresh look! Honestly for the price I paid and the service I received, I couldn’t possibly recommend this place anymore!

Phenomenal is an understatement! Cindy, you made my 13-year-old daughter feel so special and loved. She needed a haircut and did a lot of research before choosing Phi Eco. From the moment we walked in, you were so warm and kind. My daughter has thick hair and wanted lots of layers, and you went above and beyond to give her exactly what she wanted. I’ve being going to Phi Eco for a couple of years and using Lacey Roszak as my stylist.
She is unbelievable and definitely the most consistent stylist I’ve ever had.
Not to mention, she has a great personality and always makes it super fun when I go in.
Ive always felt like she is grateful for her clients and treats them with lots of love !

While I was visiting some friends in Jax Beach I really wanted to get my hair done...it was way over due. One of my friends recommended Lacey at Phi Eco Salon so I scheduled a highlight and a haircut. Lacey was so tentative during our consultation. She listened to what I wanted and provided her recommendations and feedback. Lacey took her time and was really intentional with our conversation and focused on making my hair look amazing. She did a wonderful job!

The salon is beautiful and clean and I really love that they use eco friendly and more natural products as my psoriasis is very sensitive to really any kind of chemicals.

Next time I'm in Jax and I'm needing some salon services done I'm definitely going back to Lacey at Phi!

Best full blonde highlight I’ve ever had. I’ve had 3 different people in this salon do my hair due to my availably. My hair looks amazing every time! Very up front with pricing when you tell them what you want during your appointment. Beautiful aesthetics!
