Edit: Last few times I ate here, it's been disappointing. My crab soup was missing crab, and they added shrimp instead. If you're missing such a key ingredient in a CRAB soup, tell me ahead of time when I order, so I don't end up ordering it... Instead the owner seemed like he didn't care whatsoever that I was disappointed in the dish.

Secondly, I ordered extra noodles and paid for it. Then minutes later the cashier walks up to me and gives me my money back saying the owner rejected my request for extra noodles. I was a frequent customer, but this establishment is too unprofessional for me to continue giving my business to.

Totally underrated. Amazing food, I'm impressed with nearly every item I order. I'm making it a personal goal to try everything here at least once. It's always fresh and the food is always a bit unique compared to the other Vietnamese restaurants I've been to.

Only complaint is that I wish the younger person who takes our orders is more knowledgeable of their menu. Seems that every time I have a question about an item, he either doesn't know, has to ask his coworkers for answers, or gave me a false answer to which I was slightly disappointed when a food dish wasn't quite exactly as he told. Possibly it's a language barrier issue, but not too sure...

We ordered the bún chả Hanoi, hủ tiếu nam vang, cơm tấm sườn with green Thai tea and the original Phi milk tea.

The bún chả Hanoi was delicious and tasted very authentic- the presentation was an added bonus. Was also surprised the hủ tiếu nam vang’s broth was very flavorful and clear.

Other reviews stated bad service but we didn’t have a problem; it seems like it’s your typical Vietnamese restaurant service.

Overall, the food and drinks were delicious and decor was cute.

I wanna start off by saying I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! I feel it's the best place for big group hang outs or romantic casual dates! TOO CUTE! ❤ It also has the BEST coffee around! Better than Starbucks in America because it's not burnt and not watered down. The one I got was the Sea Cafe and I don't know how they did it but it's both strong AND sweet. Now I'm not much of a sweet coffee girl (I like my coffee black with a touch of milk but) it was AWESOME! DEFINITELY coming back!
I will say some things this place could definitely improve on are the smell of the place and the signs out front indicating where it is. I almost didn't find this place because I was looking for a HUGE 'Phi' sign rather than the food court sign they have. Also, the food smell hits you when you walk in and stays with you until about 15-20 minutes into your visit at this place. So if they could get some REALLY good air purifiers and better signs outside (maybe some on the ground? ) then this place would definitely be THE place to be! Thanks for such an awesome hangout spot! I'll be back soon! ❤

Worst customer service!!! Female cashier/manager took my order(1drink) and forgot making it, not until I asked after 15mins waiting they couldn’t even find my ticket. Did not apologize or notice me after the drink was done. Bac Xiu Trung tasted like sugar. Please stay away from this store if you don’t wanna get your day ruined!

We ordered the Sinh To Berries (Strawberry Smoothie), Sinh To Xoai (Mango Smoothie), Egg Milk Coffee, and Thai Green Tea. They tasted good. They closed off some of the seating area.

I had actually walked by this place before and ignored the menu because I thought they only served drinks. So, the business name is a bit deceiving. They have a full menu of sandwiches and dishes too!

We ordered 3 Banh mi sandwiches and a Thai Green Tea with boba. They tasted good, but my combo sandwich was a bit light on ingredients. I opened the package and spun the sandwich around and couldn't find the opening. Granted they only had one of the combo meats available and we came after the lunch rush. But, other Banh mi sandwich places stuff so much that you see the meat and ingredients sticking out where the bread opens up. I'd like to try this place again to try other things.

The interior is completely remodeled and has a nice atmosphere.

I ordered c7 Nui Cao Bo beef to go it $15. Received small box (look on the picture of the box vs disposable knife). Mostly noddles very few of tiny pieces of beef. Test was fine but very poor value.

restaurant itself is a good space for solo or group dining, cutely decorated. service on the other hand could use some improvement. they don’t like to speak because all the words (or lack of) i received were blank stares, “dine in or to go? anything else?” and more blank stares after the transaction is through, not even a thank you or “your order will be out shortly”.
places that provide poor customer service usually has really good food. but this one is a double whammy. i ordered combo 4 - bún thang & café sửa trứng. the broth is 3/5, kind bland. portion looks big but the content is minimal, mostly broth and vermicelli, 3 thin pieces of chicken, few shredded eggs and cha lụa. cafe trung is okay but keep in mind the egg foam on top is not made fresh so don’t be surprised if a stomachache ensues…$20 for a meal but was still hungry so went next door for a bánh mì sandwich sigh but at least they played Backstreet Boys haha

Horrible food and customer service. It’s Monday and I pointed to the daily specials menu and the girl still charged me the regular price. I ordered Mi Quang and Bo ne. Both are just WRONG. Mi Quang NEVER has this much soup it’s almost like Pho and the crispy rice cake they added were mushy by the time it’s served. When I almost finished it they brought out the Bo ne for my friend. I was shocked to see it. Bo Ne with broken rice? Excuse me?!? I mean really? The steak was marinated with a weird sauce and nothing in the dish was good except for the fries. The waitress never asked if we’re ok just left the food there and turned away immediately. Sorry but I won’t be back.
