Omg!!!! I don’t know where to begin, so I’ll start from the beginning. I have very thin eyebrows, not a lot of hair and was never great with the eyebrow pencil, so I wanted to explore nano brows, which I thought looked the most natural for me.

My journey started with a consult where Genny spent over an hour, mapping my eyebrows, helping me choose the shape and we played with finding the perfect shade. She guided me the entire process, haha trying different shapes etc. We even discussed which procedure would be best for me and desired results. I left so excited and confident in her, but also sad because my appointment was a few weeks out.

At the actual appointment, I was so comfortable and relaxed, the environment is welcoming, the bed is comfy, the atmosphere is like you’re with an old friend. Genny explained everything she was doing, she took her time, passionate, meticulous, sterile, patient, and skilled. She is everything you want when doing semi permanent make up! She put me at ease, I was not worried the least bit about the outcome. She applied dumbing cream and I felt nothing at all!!!! I just layed there and relaxed ❤️

After she was finished, which took about three hours, Genny was extremely detailed with aftercare instructions, she provided me with the ointment and again step-by-step instructions, she even emailed me a guide with pictures of each step of healing so I’d know what to expect. She explained what I would expect to see, the dues and don’ts for optimal results. I felt prepared for healing which I might add was a breeze! No issues at all, no swelling, no pain, no redness, at times a little itchy but that’s when you apply ointment (just a little.)

And although I’m only a few weeks into my eyebrow journey, it’s going to take up to 4-6 weeks to fully heal, I wanted to share some pictures from my journey.

If you’re looking for talented artist, who will take their time to explain, and be extremely meticulous about the strokes, shape, your comfort, answer any questions along the way, you’ve got to see Genny. I am over the moon ecstatic about my eyebrows. After the healing stages, the next step is to go back from my follow up appointment to assess how my eyebrows took to the pigment and have my touchups. I really appreciate that Genny was conservative, because I wanted natural looking eyebrows, I knew that at my follow up appointment we could finesse and make any changes. Genny is professional who knows what she’s doing, I am impressed that she teaches, and is so passionate and knowledgeable about everything eyebrows.

I’m sorry for the long review, but I think it’s important to find the right professional, and hear from clients the truth and reality. I have had such a positive, loving experience. I’ve received so many compliments, people that I know will stop me and say there’s something different about you. I’ve heard the words radiant, glowing, beautiful, younger. For me, my eyes are everything and Genny did a great job making them pop!!!! Do yourself a favor and at least make consult appointment. You will be impressed as well, I guarantee it.

I’ve been to Phi Beauty Spa a few times to see Effi, and it’s always been an amazing experience. The powder brow / microblading she does is fantastic. Effi is so kind and really pays attention to the details—you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. The space is super clean and comfortable, which makes the whole experience even better. My mom gets her brows done here too, and they look so natural that I keep forgetting she has had them done! Highly recommend.
