I’ve been a member of this gym since January, and highly recommend this place! There is a variety of equipment available that cater to all fitness levels. There are other amenities available for members as well that provide so many options.

The facility is always clean, and I appreciate that there are plenty of products available to wipe down the equipment after use. The staff here are exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist with any equipment questions or concerns.

The atmosphere is motivating and welcoming, making it a great place to work out. If you’re looking for a gym that has everything you need and a supportive environment, this is the place to be! Highly recommend!

PHI is amazing! New machines were brought in the other day. Their equipment is top notch. The facility and the restrooms are clean. There is an abundance of cleaning supplies readily accessible to the members so the equipment can be wiped down after each use. The vibe and atmosphere is great. Everyone from a beginner on up feels comfortable training there. The staff and members are friendly and supportive. The hours of operation are great. They offer free classes for members, which is a plus. They also offer a wide variety of services for recovery and fitness. This are not your average gym, they are Performance Health Institute!!

This gym is great to me and very diverse! Being an elite athlete this gym has the equipment I need to train at a high level and they have great people that work there as well that make you feel welcomed immediately when you step foot in the building . It seems like they bring in new equipment weekly to allowing us to get the best experience and opportunities to reach our goals . Very clean facility and has a lot to offer like the sauna , IV drops, red light therapy , cyrotherapy and much more . If you’re looking for a gym where it feels like a family atmosphere, next level equipment this is your gym!

I’ve been working out at Performance Health Institute for about 4 months now, and it’s hands down one of the best gyms I’ve been to. The facility is clean, well-equipped, and designed for serious training, whether you’re looking to build muscle, improve endurance, or just stay active. The trainers are knowledgeable and genuinely invested in helping members reach their fitness goals. The atmosphere is motivating, with a great mix of people who are focused but also supportive. If you’re looking for a gym that offers top-notch equipment, expert guidance, and a positive environment, I highly recommend Performance Health Institute!

For the better ( regulate temperature better ). They are still adding lots of new year for 2025 so excited for what’s to come. In addition they will be expanding again in another year. Plenty of equipment, usually not waiting around for stuff. Lots of CrossFit / Rogue equipment as well.

My fiancée & I use to be members at the previous location. We enjoyed the gym, but we both cancelled our memberships when we moved. Our workout experience there was great. Great equipment, hours, friendly members & a helpful staff. From what I hear, the new facility is also very nice! Maybe even nicer than the previous facility. When we had to cancel due to our move, my cancellation went smooth, but she has been charged 2 additional months after canceling. She was apologized to & told it wouldn’t happen again, but here we are & she was just charged again. This shouldn’t be happening. Apparently, after speaking to the owner, we were told that there have been issues with the billing company and he has told us he is working to change companies. Unfortunately, my fiancée had to reach out to her bank to stop any potential payments from being processed. If you cancel your membership here, please watch your accounts because you MAY get charged even after your cancellation was processed. Hopefully once he switches billing companies, this won't happen again. If so, I suggest reaching out to the owner so he can be aware & make it right for you.

I joined this gym at the beginning of the year and have nothing but positive things to say. I come in the morning and in the evening and there is still a diverse amount of equipment and wieghts to use. Rich is always there offering knowledge offering assitance and talking about the new equipment that is being brought in. If something is not working properly, he is already two steps ahead with getting it repaired/replaced. Since joining there has been a sauna added and red light therapy which I inted to use very soon. I've been to a few different gyms, but this one is more personable and everyone is very friendly. Reccomend to everyone.

I’m one of those fresh off the couch people trying to make working out a part of my routine and I love it here! The equipment variety, training options, cleanliness, helpfulness of the staff and the natural light in the gym make it the perfect location and value. I’ve been to other gyms and spent more money and gotten a lot less, so I recommend PHI to everyone
