I went at different times and it was always empty. I agree with one of the other reviews that it is not that safe for toddlers. It's a pretty old playground, but still functions. The grass is well kept so it's nice to kick a ball around. There are no bathrooms and street parking is always easy.

Nice and clean peaceful park. Not too much traffic where to as it seems confusing, just right, and very spacious. A nice discreet location more so for community and near by residents, but open to all. I really enjoyed myself.

Nice quiet spot for a picnic. Doesn't seem to ever be crowded. Street parking is convenient, and usually plentiful. There are some concrete tables and benches and also a play area for the kids. Lots of grassy areas to lay a picnic blanket out or play a game.

It’s a very nice park, the grass is well kept, very green and full, but the trash was overflowing on a Sunday morning, so maybe if people are having a weekend party they should bring a bag and take their trash out with them.
