This facility is Amazing. From the moment you walk in you feel the kindness and welcomeness from all levels of staff. It's open, clean, bright. The apts are beautiful, spaces, clean. The activities they have for the residents are great and focus on health ( mental,emotional, physical)
My mom has been a resident for a few weeks and it is a transition but the staff make it easy. The staff answer all our questions and we are never passed from one person to another to get answers, my sister's and I feel very welcome every time we are there to visit our mom.
I highly recommend park view place.

They do not pay their contracts with activities. They had a samll business owner from tiktok to come in to sing for the residents. While this person loves singing for all the residents this person still has a home and family to take care of and does this for a living. HONOR YOUR COMMITMENTS!!!

I have visited Park View Place quite a few times now. The community is nestled in a quiet neighborhood nook in the city of Covina and is easily accessible from the 10 freeway.
When you walk in you're always greeted by a friendly face. You can always see the residents enjoying themselves and taking part in fun activities put together by the staff. The staff they have working at this community is nothing short of spectacular. The team there really must have a good heart to work there.
I have been lucky enough to taste the food at the community. Their chef prepares amazing food that will tantalize your taste buds with every bite. I definitely rate this amazing community a 10/10.

Finding a place for a loved one can be challenging, but no need to look any further! My family and I could not be more pleased with Oakmont of Covina Hills! I have had tours at several different places, none of which compare. Not even close. From the moment I walked in, until the time I left I was treated with the utmost respect. The staff is incredible - caring, professional, organized, attentive and each and every one of them go above and beyond. It’s easy to see that they love what they do. I’ve had interactions with residents who seem extremely happy and excited to be there. The establishment is VERY clean & smells really good. The food is something I would expect at a 5 star upscale restaurant. I can’t say enough about this place. I am so grateful that my Grandma will be well taken care of and safe. Oakmont of Covina Hills gives you peace of mind and treats everyone like family.

After touring many assisted living facilities, I moved my mom here because of how the community aided me in her move and how knowledgeable and kind the staff was. Now after 8 months, my mom is so incredibly happy and I feel proud of myself for giving her the best possible care I could find. I hope our relationship to the community remains strong and her level of care and concern she receives is as consistent as it is now.

No memory care facility is perfect, a balance takes time especially when dealing with dementia, however with time, we found the perfect balance for our mother at Park View Place. LeAnn, the director at Park View Place is Wonderful! She truly cares about the residents and their personal needs. The Memory Care Staff is patient, caring and kind. A shout out to Belen, Kayleen, Jocelyn, Heidi, Blessie, Bianca and Norma in Memory Care. The care you gave our mother will never be forgotten.

To say that Oakmont is the best for mind care and assisted-living is an understatement. My sister and I had no intention to have my mom be a resident there until we went to the open house for my aunt and uncle who were part of the founders. I knew immediately that this was the place for my mom. The staff are beyond educated as well as compassionate and loving. I have never felt so welcomed by anybody! Scott/, Anthony, Lori, Patricia, and all the staff have treated us like family from day one! My mom is officially in her new home and I haven’t seen her this happy for seven years since my dad died. She is dancing through the hallways and singing again. To anyone that is exploring the idea of assisted living you will never have to go to another place once you visit Oakmont. My gratitude can never be explained. So I end with thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I am completely satisfied with all aspects of this community including safety, caregiving, management, staff, food and dining, and activities. It has been 21 weeks since my Grandma passed away; and I have not been able to write this until now. I am grateful that my Grandma spent the last year of her precious life at 1054 Park View Drive in Covina, California. The previous Executive Director (Patricia Gustin) the New Executive Director (Leanne) the Health & Services Director (Dawn Monahan) the care coordinator (Belen) encouraged regular family involvement, and they provided ample opportunities for family participation in activities at the facility. The daytime receptionist (Della) always greeted me with a smile. The evening receptionist (Sabrina) went above and beyond her duties; I mean always went way out of her way to ensure our family felt supported in every way. The caregivers & med techs on every single shift (Alexis, Blessie, Carla, Devony, Felicia, Frank, Joanna, Karen, Krista, Leslie G, Leslie W, Liz, Lizette, Marcie, Michelle, Queenie, Quianna, Rocio, Rosheba, Setiny...to name a few) excelled at making my grandmother "Miss Jane" feel safe and well cared for. Not to mention- This facility generously hosted a large milestone birthday celebration for my Grandma in their beautiful dining room. She was tickled pink! At 104 glorious years of age, my Grandma not only danced at the party, she also made her way to each table to personally thank each guest for attending. I am highly satisfied by the services provided by this assisted living facility. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You !!!
