We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of Park House. Marianne was a great host, she was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, answering all our questions with care and clarity.
The residents were a delight to meet, which truly showcased the inviting and supportive community atmosphere. To top it all off, lunch was simply outstanding—a delicious meal that highlighted the facility's dedication to quality and comfort.

The Parkhouse Senior Living Community has been home to my brother since 2016. I started off with my parents and my brother and now it’s just my brother. It is well-maintained and the staff is great! I would recommend it for anyone that is looking for a nice place to live. The activities are wonderful and engaging. The residents are very nice. I really like and appreciate Parkhouse Senior Living Community.

My mother has been here since 2018 and we have been pleased with the facilities and the office staff. Even though there have been changes throughout the years due to COVID and changes in working staff (which is normal) it has been overall a good place to live.

They need to find better people to answer the phone. It's really starting to annoy me that I can call and ask hi, how are you and a weird lady says "fine" and nothing more. Where is the hospitality? They how can I help you? I'm good thank you, and you? What ever happened to customer service? Thanks Maryanne....

My mother ( Carrie Fairchild-El) has been a resident at Park House Southfield since its inception. The administrative staff-- Landon, Vickie, Kelly, Dale and Sandy have always treated my mother like family. They are very professional--always listening and addressing any concerns that I have regarding my mother's needs. I would recommend Park House Southfield Senior Living to anyone who wants to live in a place that treats its residents with dignity.

We have been here less than five years, (Martha Pope), the staff here are amazing, there show of professionalism has been outstanding. During this COVID-19. There staff have been amazing. They have provided us with excellent service and care. However, for seniors the rent is questionable. The food menu have improved, but everyone have different taste. Love the space of the apartment, and security. The activity provided are great.
