First, I was extremely pleased that there was so much collaboration with getting my mother‘s medical interventions secured. Overtime, I felt the nurses had many more responsibilities, and my questions fell to the wayside. Later on, they had me speak to the executive Director, who was pleasant, but very passive, aggressive in her tone, and in fact, gave me the impression that she was in charge not the medical doctor. I don’t understand how a business professional is making medical decisions. Concerning.

Love Pace, kind loving care givers, they have cared for me and my needs since I became a client approx 3-4 years ago, the doctor and assistants do all they can to meet our needs on site and in our homes, the only things they cannot control is that nasty evil Covid !! And they are consistently working to keep us on top of current events in this field, when visiting on site, they have an excellent cooking staff , therapists that give us competant treatment, local hospital care and specialist affiliates, I truly believe that if anyone feels they (Pace) are "dictators" it is because the clients are themselves unwilling to give up their own opnion over recommended treatment,. Yes, I am thankful they came into my life when they did. Thank you one and all Pace staff.

My mother and girlfriend both work here. They have great employee's (not just because people I know work there either) it is a great place to enroll yourself or older family members. They have activities every week and they do home health care if you are in range (atleast 55 minutes one direction) definitely think about it.

PACE is a caregivers dream. Instead of having to feel overwhelmed, guilty or burdened about taking care of a loved one (or having your loved one feel like a burden to you), you can find comfort in the PACE program and the all inclusive care they offer to their participants. The goal of PACE is to keep your loved ones healthy, safe and at home or in the least restrictive environment possible. They provide all the services a participant needs: healthcare, social engagement, mental health, therapy, transportation, home caregiver assistance, and much more! Help your family members enjoy their golden years with this amazing program!

Grandma came home with bruises. Staff if not trained well. Home health care let my grandma wander the neighborhood in the dark with no shoes on. Please consider other options for your loved ones.

I recommend PACE to everyone I know that needs care for a loved one to keep them out of the nursing home. The purpose of PACE is to provide all-inclusive care to ensure the participant remains as independent in their own home for as long as possible. PACE has a day center open 5 days a week that offers breakfast, lunch, activities, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. There is a clinic on-site, as well as nurses, a dietician, and a physician that visits throughout the week. PACE also offers home care up to 7 days a week to participants that require more assistance outside of day center hours. The best thing about PACE is that it is participant-focused, meaning that the participant gets to choose the care they get and can refuse anything they dont believe will be beneficial to them.

PACE is an amazing program, I'd recommend it to anyone that is eligible. I'm so glad they came to Central Michigan!

If I had the choice, I wouldn't even give 1 star to these dictators. This company is a joke. They don't provide the services they claim they will, they force people to stop seeing the doctors they've been seeing their whole lives & they insult people by saying their medical problems are fake. Their so called caretakers also allow people to fall after passing out & will just sit on their phones. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO KISS YOUR FREEDOM & RIGHTS AWAY. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!
