Forgive me Father, for I have sinned ( but this is a Lutheran Church and not Catholic soooo.. ) Used to be a member of this church YEARS ago when it was run by a father and son pastoral duo. Found many members of the church a tad stuck up and not very friendly. We were a young family. Not very polished but we did our best. Never really felt we fit in. The last Sunday we attended the father pastor went on a rant about how he felt the millionaires in the congregation weren’t giving enough and how he felt because of that they weren’t as needed in his church. I was always taught that it’s not how much you give but how good of a life you live. After that sermon we never went back.
